1) FTP the saveset in BINARY mode;
2) Use BACKUP/LIST to find out what the blocksize for the saveset is
supposed to be.
3) Create a new file with the commands:
$ CREATE/FDL=SYS$INPUT: new_file
RECORD
FORM FIX
SIZE block_sizee
CARR NONE
4) Use COPY/OVERLAY to copy the contents of the file you FTPd into the
file you created in step 3.
