Here are all the design files for the Dumb Mouse smart card reader.
If you just want the schematic, see schematic.ps.

pcb-all.ps is a composite view of the PCB at 2x magnification.
pcb-top.ps is the top layer at 2x magnification. Note that it is
mostly black, because there is a ground plane on most of the top layer.
pcb-bot.ps is the bottom layer at 2x magnification.

dm_a.bom is the bill of materials. It also lists suppliers for the
parts. The only hard to find item is the smart card connector.

The CAD files themselves are in Protel format. dm_a.sch is the
schematic, dm_a.net is the netlist, dm_a.pcb is the PCB layout. The
output directory contains all the Gerber data as well as drill info
and pick and place data. The Gerber is used if you want to get the
boards fabricated. It's a two layer design, with a prototyping area
included.

If you're thinking about getting some boards fabbed, try
www.apcircuits.com. They do a 24 hour turn for a reasonable price.
If all you want is one or two, I suggest hand building them.
