RCI Bill LOL

Every month we get a four-page bill from RCI for six cents.

It's been going on for well over a year now.  Fortunately, they don't seem to mind the fact that we're delinquent in our payments.  Not to mention the fact that we can't even remember ever using RCI in the first place.
