Instructions
Simpley burn a 27c64 Eprom with the test chip code. It is in either
.BIN or Intel .HEX
format.
Locate the 27c64 Prom in the Tocom 5507 Descrambler and replace
with the new 27c64 Eprom. Thats all you need to do.
