 Subject:       If packet operation is difficult through the JAS-1
                satellite

 Information:   The audio frequency response is too low for packet
                operation through JAS-1.

 Procedure

  1.  Replace C159 (currently .1 mf) on the Main Board with a .022
      mf capacitor.
