The 144 MHz receiver Band Pass Filter adjustments on the TM-941A require a 
1.5mm square tip alignment tool.

G.C. Electronics carries a tool in their catalog that can be modified to 
fit the VCO adjustments. The tool is catalog number 9440.

The square tip side of this tool is 1.6mm square. Two sides of the tip 
need to be ground down so that the tip becomes 1.5mm square.
