            There is and always need to be a need for law enforcement and private security in this country as well as others. The Law Enforcement Officer Security Resource or Leosecurityresource.com , will be a web site devoted to giving individuals in the law enforcement and security fields access to information to better assist them with their duties.

            Unfortunately there is a stronger need for law enforcement officials and privatized security in today’s day and age. The best example is privatized prisons. There has never been a need for privatized prisons thirty years ago, but with the over populated prisons; various states have been forced to outsource their rehabilitation programs. And with the economy they way it is, this field is only bound to grow.

            The purpose of leosecurity.com is to give those who have the need to contact surrounding agencies the ability to do so. For example, if a local police agency has encountered a case that involves counterfeit currency but has never contacted the secret service, this web site will give them the tools they need to better assist them with their investigation. Also, if a private security agency, such as a privatized prison, has discovered a drug pipeline into their facility this web site will give them the tools needed to contact the Drug Enforcement Agency.

            The primary targeted audience for this web site is law enforcement officers and those in the private security field. But, this web site can also be used for a secondary audience. The secondary audience would be those who want to learn about various agencies and who also may want to contact said agencies.

            Content for this site would include links for various federal agencies, state agencies, and possibly local agencies if the demand is high enough for those local agencies. Agencies that might be included within the local agency contact links would be areas such as Los Angeles, New York, Las Vegas, and so forth. There will be a brief description of the agency as well as a link to each agency on the web page. There will be areas that link to various articles on the latest and greatest in the law enforcement and private security areas.

            This site would have to be maintained on a monthly basis due to the ever growing advances in the law enforcement and privatized security area. With the growing demand for law enforcement and privatized security positions this web site would solicit schools such as ITT Tech and University of Phoenix to advertise their criminal justice programs. This site might also solicit various law enforcement agencies such as the United States Border Patrol to advertise since they are an agency who is in a growing demand.

            Some conceder the law enforcement and security field a job, others a career, and for a few it is a calling. No matter what a person’s view is, this web site will prove to be a voluble asset in their duties no matter what their position.

Respectfully,

David J. Basaldua

Tom Ransford had to back out of the conference due to some scheduling conflicts. We are authorized 3 delegates and there are some pretty important topics to be discussed and voted upon. With that in mind, before I cancel the room, is there anyone that would like to go to the conference and act as a delegate in Tom's place?..Conference is from Sunday through Wednesday of this coming week. (June 26-29).

Please let me know by this afternoon if possible

Good afternoon David,

My name is Melissa Purinton and I will be the contact for your resume approval with the State Department. Employment is contingent upon resume approval by the Department of State. For your resume to be approved it is mandatory that you follow the detailed instructions provided below.
________________________________________________________________

· Forward me a Member 4 copy of your DD-214. Make sure that the Member 4 is at the bottom of the form.

· Attached are the resumes template(s) that you will need to complete and return to me via e-mail. Keep the templates in the word documents they are being given to you as. Only “.doc” is usable for this resume. When you complete the template, attach it to an e-mail and send it back to me.

    * The formatting is important. Department of State reviews hundreds of resumes daily. Consistency is required. I have attached an example for you to model.

How to fill out the template(s):

    * To "Check the Boxes" on the templates, you must double click on the little boxes and select under option "default value" and click on the "checked" option where ever appropriate on your resume template.
    * To answer the questions, delete the boxes labeled “Enter details here” and then type the information.
    * For the Senior Guard (ESF) resume, focus on your NCO, supervisory, and other leadership positions you have had in military, security contracting, and law enforcement. Make sure your NCO/supervisory experience is shown plainly, (i.e. August 2003-October 2005 Army, Cannon Crew Member, E-5 Sergeant). When answering the question about “physical security,” it pertains to your experience with physical, not personal security.
    * For the ERT Guard resume, focus on your tactical experience (i.e. room clearing, MOUT training, and close quarter combat operation). You must show your tactical experience. If you trained and were a part of a combat MOS or unit, you must show this. For formatting look at the ERT Example document attachment (follow that formatting to the "T").

Also attached is a background check form. Please completely fill out this form and send it (scanned and attached to an e-mail, or FAX) to me at mpurinton.win@wsidc.com , FAX # to 571-482-1702 or 1703.

Please return all forms no later than 48 hours.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you,
Melissa

Hi David,

I just wanted to follow up with you regarding your transfer to the Phoenix campus in July. Any time that you change campuses we need to have you submit a 22-1995 for the new campus. I have attached the form for you.

Once you have the form completed please fax or scan/email it back to me. It will also be time to reapply for the Pell Grant if you are interested. We’ll need both the financial aid applications as well as the 22-1995 on file before I can clear you for class in July.

If you don’t want to request financial aid just let me know.

Thank you,

The short of it...Dad is in stable condition! He is walking...slowly but surely.

The long of it...He is working on getting his strength back up and he has lost a lot of weight. They have him on dialysis for the time being. Hopefully, in the next week or two, he will be moved out of ICU.

They are not friendly. If my payment is one day late they put thier lock on
my unit, but once I pay it, it takes days for them to remove it. I was late
one month because I was out of town and the day I came in they informed me
that they had cut my lock because they wanted to make sure I had not vacated
the storage unit without paying. They replaced the lock with some crappy 20
lock. The one I had on there was a high-end combination master lock that I
picked up while serving in the military. Now today I log onto the web page
and find out that it says I am two months past due, when I know that is not
the case.

I remember when I first moved my stuff into the storage unit. I had called
ahead to ask for directions and told them that I would be there by 1pm and
that was coming from Casa Grande. When I arrived just after 1pm there was
nobody there. The sign on the door stated that they would be back from
lunch by 1pm but never arrived until almost 230pm. I have to say this has
been the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

Any chance on the order form page you could either re-align the input boxes so they don't sit on the background box border? Or maybe another idea would be to change the two background boxes into one large box to cover the same area.

One other thing Todd, if you could either give me a call or just give me a quick write up on the use of arrays, loops, etc in javascript. That is the only thing left I have to write about, but I don't know what you are doing with them yet.

Also, I forgot to send this to you guys yesterday, but this is the paper so far. Word count is coming along pretty good, and I just need to add a few of the references on the reference page. I will add Will's part and finish mine after I hear from Todd about the javascript, but here it is so far. Oh yeah, and I will change the graphic of the new webstie as well.

Thanks,

COX

Ok guys,

I hope for this to be the final version of the paper. I put a few things in the paper that I was under the assumption you were going to do Todd, so hopefully it works out that way. BTW, I think the site looks awesome. I added a part about using javascript conditional statements for form validation on the order form page, and the metadata in the tags for search engines. I also added a chart and another quote about eCommerce that I thought looked pretty nice. Hope you all like it. Let me know what you think.

Thanks,

COX

Team C,
paper looks cool good job.
javascript done for form, I played with the layout a little but couldn't do to much without
breaking the damn javascript...it was weird...anyways this is the best i could get it and make
the script work. I will add the meta data to the top of each page before I turn in, and then I think its all set.

Brandon,
The java script works like this: ( It's really late so if this makes no sense and you still have questions call me tomorrow 520-989-0581)

First you make references to the fields one for each.

                                           var firstname = document.getElementById('firstname');
                                           var lastname = document.getElementById('lastname');
                                           var shipto = document.getElementById('shipto');
                                           var itemnum = document.getElementById('itemnum');
                                           var quantity = document.getElementById('quantity');
                                           var acctnum = document.getElementById('acctnum');

Second you tell it to check each input in the order that it appears on the form.

      if(isAlphabet(firstname, "Please enter only letters for your name")){
        if(isAlphabet(lastname, "Please enter only letters for your last name")){
            if(notEmpty(shipto, "Please enter a valid ship to address")){
                if(isNumeric(itemnum, "Please enter a valid item number")){
                    if(isNumeric(quantity, "Please enter a valid quantity")){
                        if(isNumeric(acctnum, "Please enter a valid account number")){
                            alert('thank you...your order will be processed.')
                            return true;
                        }
                    }
                }
            }
        }
    }
return true;

Third you have to write your functions that control field input. One for each: empty fields, all numeric, all alphanumeric, and all alphabet.
        The functions work like this: The "if" statements check the value of the "var" (variable) that you set. If the condition is met "A" happens if not "B" happens.

function notEmpty(elem, helperMsg){
    if(elem.value.length == 0){
        alert(helperMsg);
        elem.focus(); // set the focus to this input
        return false;
    }
    return true;
}

function isNumeric(elem, helperMsg){
    var numericExpression = /^[0-9]+$/;
    if(elem.value.match(numericExpression)){
        return true;
    }else{
        alert(helperMsg);
        elem.focus();
        return false;
    }
}

function isAlphabet(elem, helperMsg){
    var alphaExp = /^[a-zA-Z]+$/;
    if(elem.value.match(alphaExp)){
        return true;
    }else{
        alert(helperMsg);
        elem.focus();
        return false;
    }
}

function isAlphanumeric(elem, helperMsg){
    var alphaExp = /^[0-9a-zA-Z]+$/;
    if(elem.value.match(alphaExp)){
        return true;
    }else{
        alert(helperMsg);
        elem.focus();
        return false;
    }
}

Here is what I have so far. I left out the browser comparison until we get the finished product so I can write up any differences. Also I opened it with both internet explorer and Firefox and they both looked the same. If anyone has access to a different browser can they send me a screen shot. Otherwise that will be a real quick section.

I just read your part so far and it looks pretty good. I was wondering if you might be able to try to expand a little bit on the tags section though. I know that we don't want to talk about every single tag in the site because that could go on forever, but for word count sake, I wanted to see if you could expand a bit more. I believe you may be correct about the browser portion though, I don't think that will be more than one paragraph.

Thanks,

COX

Here is my part with the comparison. There were more differences between firefox and Internet Explorer than I thought there would be.

A real woman is a man's best friend.

She will never stand him up and never let him down.

She will reassure him when he feels insecure and comfort him after a bad day.

She will inspire him to do things he never thought he could do; to live without fear and forget regret.

She will enable him to express his deepest emotions and give in to his most intimate desires.

She will make sure he always feels as though he's the most handsome man in the room and will enable him to be the most confident, sexy, seductive and invincible...

Hey guys,

I rearranged the figures to try to make things fit a little better and I added a small portion about meta tag keywords and descriptions. Hopefully you can put something similar to what I wrote in the website Todd, lol.

I also added a part about search engine optimization and we are at about 1200 words at the moment. Let me know if you guys like the look of it so far.

Will,

If you can take the XHTML tags, browsers, and CSS portions, I can take the rest.

Todd,

I may need to get in touch with you to figure out some of the parts I will need to write about. Let me know when might be good for you.

Thanks,

Do you have the latest version of the website on your site? If not can you send it to me or post it. I started writing the portion about search engine optimization and wanted to see what keywords and such you put in there. I don't see it in the version of the site that is up right now. Let me know man!

A guy rigged a remote controlled motorbike with a skeleton driving the bike. He called it his Jackie bike. The guy hides across the street from a walled cemetery. When people walk by it at night, the skeleton rides up quietly on his motor bike, and scares the bejeebers out of them. The bike has a loudspeaker attached to it. The guy across the street is talking in the loudspeaker while operating the remote control for the bike.

I just got this so want to pass it on./...........

Subject: Latest on my Dad

The short of it...
He is in stable condition at this time! The ventilator has been removed and he is talking...welcome back Dad!

The long of it...
He has been through three heart surgeries within a on week period. This has resulted in two road blocks at this time. He has phenomena (but mildly at this time). More concerning is that he has contracted a bacteria that is in his blood stream. They are applying antibiotics against it at this time, but it is highly resistant to most of them. We will have to see how this one plays out.

On the lighter side...
When dad started talking with us, he asked if we had been here with him all night. I guess under the continuous sedations, he did not realize that he has been “away” for over two weeks...but to him, it was like one day. He said he has a lot of catching up to do ha ha.

Take care! And thank you for your prayers...they are working!

Chris

                 No one has been able to explain to me why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and only get 50% of their pay. While Politicians hold their political positions in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full pay retirement after serving one term. It just does not make any sense.

                Monday on Fox news they learned that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. This will get national attention if other news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to the below, just where will all of it stop?

                35 States file lawsuit against the Federal Government

                Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention.

                This will take less than thirty seconds to read. If you agree, please pass it on.

                This is an idea that we should address.

                For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop.

                If each person that receives this will forward it on to 20 people, in three days, most people in The United States of America will have the message.. This is one proposal that really should be passed around.

                Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."

                You are one of my 20+

Osama bin Laden was given a religious funeral prior to his burial at sea, senior military officials told Fox News.

Religious rites were conducted on the deck of the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier at about 1:10 a.m. Monday in the Persian Gulf.

In accordance with Islamic practice, bin Laden was washed and wrapped in a white sheet before buried at sea at 2 a.m. local time, senior U.S. military and intelligence officials said.

Then, "In accordance with common US Navy SEAL practice, the Team pissed on him, stuck a pulled pork sandwich in his mouth and a kosher hot dog up his ass, and pushed the Mother F***er overboard with the other garbage," a senior SEAL officer said.

Job well done!

Everything seems cool to me. I just think we should make sure again that we have enough content.
I know he said he doesn't count pages, but 4 is pretty far away from 15-20 (and I can't think of
anything to add that will take up any space at all)...lets just check with him on Tuesday to make
sure we're all good...

Subject: your medical malpractice case

I reviewed the records you supplied, and discussed your case with a
registered nurse/paralegal who assists me on medical malpractice cases.
Colovesical (or entero-vesicular) fistulas are an unfortunate but known
complication of the reversal procedure, especially with patients with
diverticulitis. Further, in my opinion, it will be difficult to prove that
the complications that ensued would have been avoided had they timely
diagnosed the fistula in Casa Grande. Consequently, I will be unable to
assist you. My decision not to represent you should not be construed as my
legal opinion regarding the merit of your case.

Should you decide to pursue this matter further, and I do not discourage you
from doing so, please contact another attorney immediately. Please be
advised that unless you file a lawsuit against all responsible parties
within two years of the date of the act or acts of medical malpractice, or
within two years of the date that you knew or reasonably should have known
an act of medical malpractice occurred, you may be forever barred from doing
so.

While I'm sorry I cannot help you, I appreciate the opportunity to do so.
Please let me know how you want me to handle your medical records. Since I
do not plan on keeping any copies of them, I can either mail them to you, or
you can pick them up. Please let me know how you want this accomplished.

I don't know about the credit score because I had some medical issues that were recently resolved minus the bills. But just to let you know I am a veteran and a member of the fraternal order of police, I am also a student and a family man. That is just to give a quick background, but I am not looking to window shop. We are heading to sierra vista in about an hour to look at properties for a tentative move date of Mar 1, 10. Please give me a call if you would be interested in showing the property later today.

Hi David. I thought I had this property rented to a younger couple the other day but they haven't been returning my calls. Since I posted the ad you are the first person to contact me about the property.

The property is move-in ready and I will rent it to the first person who signs a lease. I offer 3 month, 6 month and 12 month leases. The first months rent, the cleaning fee, and any pet fees are due at that time. If you're not yet out of your current lease that is acceptable. The property will remain vacant until you're ready to move in.

So you know, I do not conduct a background check or charge an application fee. However to qualify as a tenant you must have a credit score above 500. You can obtain your score for free Here. Print the first few pages and bring them to the viewing.

If you do not bring a copy of your credit report from the above site to the viewing I will not show you the property. I apologize but I'm looking for serious tenants only and not window shoppers. To schedule a viewing just respond to this email. I'm available any time after 10am this week.

Thank you ,
Mable Blaney

Good morning Mr. Basaldua, I have an appointment set with you later on today, I would like to go over rates with you to let you know what to expect in terms of costs. I don’t have a problem driving to Nogales from Tucson, but always want to confirm the appointment as a possible move. Moving within the state of Arizona we have a 4000 pound minimum, you have a 2bedroom apartment, and you probably have the minimum at least. The minimum costs on a move going 100 to 150 miles at 4000 pounds is $1400.00. This is for moving, if there is any packing, then this would be extra. Can you please confirm that this is what you are expecting and we can confirm our appointment, thank you very much for your understanding, Diana Romero Horizon Moving 237-3500.

Hi all,

I will be facilitating your PRG/210 course that starts next Tuesday. Unfortunately, due to some scheduling issues I will be unable to make it to class on Week 1 (1/18/2011). Instead Dr. Bruce Swanson will be covering the week 1 material with you. I will be back in town and able to respond to questions/postings in OLS by Wednesday. If you have questions about the syllabus—especially for work due in Week 2—please make sure to post a note to me ASAP.

For this class, we will be using Visual Logic. Please make sure you obtain a license file and download Visual Logic as soon as possible. Instructions for this are contained in the Week 1 section of the syllabus.

Talk to you soon,

Keith Ellis

Dear JC Miller,

Sergeant-E5 David Basaldua invites you to join Army.TogetherWeServed.com
(ATWS) - a one of a kind, feature rich website specially created to
provide US Army Soldiers of all eras the opportunity to not only locate
Brothers from the past, but also to provide a unique venue to enjoy the
camaraderie of others who served through the sharing of memories and
photographs.

ATWS is administered entirely by retired Soldiers and already has a
large growing membership of current and former serving Army Members
which has allowed many Members to reconnect with others with whom they
served.

ATWS has no public access and only those who served in the United States
Army, United States Army Reserve and Army National Guard are eligible to
come aboard. Joining is completely free and enables you to create your
own personal Army Service profile page including the voluntary posting
of your Training Schools, the Units you were assigned to, the Combat
Missions you participated in and even the Medals, Insignia and Skill
Badges you were awarded in a very attractive and accurate format.

To complete your Membership, follow the link below. You are under no

Jury Duty Scam

This has been verified by the FBI (their link is also included below).
Please pass this on to everyone in your email address book. It is spreading
fast so be prepared should you get this call. Most of us take those
summonses for jury duty seriously, but enough people skip out on their civic
duty, that a new and ominous kind of fraud has surfaced.

The caller claims to be a jury coordinator. If you protest that you never
received a summons for jury duty, the scammer asks you for your Social
Security number and date of birth so he or she can verify the information
and cancel the arrest warrant. Give out any of this information and bingo;
your identity was just stolen.

The fraud has been reported so far in 11 states, including Oklahoma ,
Illinois , and Colorado . This (swindle) is particularly insidious because
they use intimidation over the phone to try to bully people into giving
information by pretending they are with the court system. The FBI and the
federal court system have issued nationwide alerts on their web sites,
warning consumers about the fraud.

Check it out here: http://www.fbi.gov/page2/june06/jury_scams060206.htm
