1-112 is the upstairs apt and 2-112 is downstairs where he lives. 
the video gives a better perspective of the property than what you 
can find just getting street view from googlemaps. 
i checked out the video where he holds up his phone
 (after holding up a package with same address) with map app 
pinging his current location and I can confirm that this is where 
it had him located per his phone.
