Icedump4 [icecream][HarvestR][mirror] - A SoftICE add-on programmed by the_owl. It can dump memory into a file for later examination. For SoftICE 3.22 and 3.23 (17,597 KB).

Super Tracer 0.55 [mirror][mirror] - A nice debugger from LiuTaoTao. Can debug dos and PE programs. Second choice besides SoftIce. The author's hompage here (154,777 KB).

Sourcer v7.00 - A good DOS based disassembler (669k).
