                 (anyone have a cup of coffee ?)

Start (?)
~~~~~~~~~
hey all, wassap ?
its me, again, as always, tired, sleepy, so if i'll suddenly fall asleep, dont be surprised...
ok, what we gonna do in this lecture ?
maybe i'll start why i'm writing this text...
ok, many people are coming and ask me questions in the internet, i answer and help almost
all the people i can help..
couple of days ago, some came and ask for my help, he said that almost all the tutorials
he have tell him how-to crack some program, but he almost never finds the needed version,
that thing is a result of cracking level protections, many times the newest programs have
a new and pretty hard (at least for newbies) protections, so the writers prefer to write
on a program they already cracked.. (true, true..)
well, the answer i gave him was something like, tutorials are teaching wrong, they tell you
what and how to do, not why and when to do it,
("dont ask how, ask why" - Madam Web, Spiderman)
most of the tutorials are like this,
"bpx <api name here>
 trace the code this lines,
 check that value, write it on a paper,
 trace into this call, through that jump,
 what you have now ? serial.."
well, that maybe a good tutorial, but its a specific tutorial, i agree tho that you should give
example program, you need to learn where the code will make the serial you'll need, or how to
find the jump/call/pushes you need to eliminate, i agree that with experiance you can have higher
skills level, but i think you need to learn how the PROTECTION works, not only how the program
discussed is working...
that was the how, now why...
this is the true question, you need to know WHY you do that action, and i'm not talking about,
why you press on step over, i mean why you look for value X, and why you look for it in place
Y, if you'll know that, you'll be able to crack things more easily...
i discussed with a friend of mine, who's also a cracker, we talked about the ideas i gave,
he said something like, man, the crackers who really do the cracking wont like the way you are
going through, but the fact i took the bearly-expolered path i'm going in is simple, i'm looking
on the future, the crackers today are maybe good, elite people, but in 10 years they will disappear,
thier tutorials will become old, the protections they wrote tutorials will gone, no one will remeber
them, but i think on the future, i hope that what i'm teaching will be a new path of cracking,
and in 5 years more and more people will learn why, not only what...
ok, lets check the other side,
in a discussion i was part of it on some channels we disscussed on tutorials,
one of the people pissed that almost no tutorial is universal (no example, pure brain usage), well
that approach is good, but you have to show newbies thier ways by giving code examples...
so, i wrote that text to help both sides, the universal and the specific,
"HOW TO UNDERSTAND THE WHY"
Middle (?)
~~~~~~~~~~

OK, the whole point oof tutorial is not to give you a serial of a program, uif it was so,
tutorials was 2KB, header, serial and greetings...
but they are not like this, tutorials came to teach you something, they came to teach you
how to use certain utilities, some of them are good tutorials, some of them are bad tutorials,
a level of tutorials decided not on how strong the protection its explains, but how easy it to
understand it and the tricks its using of, lets take tutorial on softice, lets assume that its
an old fashion tutorial, it will say, do this, do that, check there
its absolutly same as the tutorial, only the tutorial may help you with new tricks on softice...
a good tutorial should explain, because the program check for this, we should make softice pop
when this happens, they might bring the same serial, but the 2nd tutorial is better because its
explain why, not how...

(newbies read this :)

the reason crackers wont explain why, is because its usually complicated, you should explain it
online, explaining over internet (irc,icq,ao,chats, all this, not e-mail) is better then any tutorial
in that case, newbies always understand, no matter what...
you can make sure that your idea is fully passed, now you can continue with new ideas, the guy you
explained him will explain another two guys, they'll explain, and so and so, people will understand
the true meaning of the technique...

(crackers, read this :)

the reason why i DO explain why, i do it because i belive in the future generation, while many
people taking seriously only old cracker that have proven thier selves, and i can understand that,
i take very seriously the newbies, they are our future, they are not same newbies as the old crackers
were, they are different type of people, they wont crack because its against society
(read +orc's why we crack essay), its cracking for fun, for learning, the newbies are people who willing
to learn new ways to crack new protections, but since they have most of the time lack of experiance, they
cant crack the newest protections like the old school crackers, they are just want to get the kickstart,
the thing that will set them free, make them understand the cracking, the why, not the how, in this way
they'll learn the new ways by them selves, without a guide, the tutorials will become easier, but newbies
are not lamers. if they were lamers, and lamers cant change, old school crackers were newbies too,
right ? and they are not lamers (most of them..) that paradox...
what i've tried to say here is that newbies are just like all of the crackers, but with lack of
experiance, and less knowledge, they not always upadted with all the terms like PE Encryptors, or dongles
but they are willing to learn, many people just not willing to teach...

(now, everyone ;p)

cracking is more then a method, as a friend of mine defined it once, cracking is beyond any logic,
yet, good cracking based on basic knowledge and much logic.
the things that you should learn from the tutorial is why you are setting the breakpoint in place X,
and not in place Y. if the writer wont explain it, mail him, ask him for help on his tutorials,
if you've understood the method, but you cant do the same on a program on your own,
send him email with the request for tutorials and explains on it, people are doing it to me,
and i want to dedicate them the whole point of this lecture...

Ending (?)
~~~~~~~~~~
just before the ending, let me explain the (?) on the parts name :
i think that you can build this lecture in many ways, you can set what i wrote as middle in the start,
or end, you can read this from the middle to the end, through the start...
ok, the real ending : (here it goes)
even i said the same things alot of times, they are important enough that i'll say them again,
but still, i think that newbies are the future, and how sad and lame it will sound,
i hope that now, after the feds busted some crackers, crackers will notice more to the newbies,
i hope i didnt hurt anyone, i apologise if i did.
read the tutorials, make the writer improve the skills of writing,
writer, if you need help, you can always come to me, newbies as well...
