YOU MUST BE AN OWNER OF FILE YOU ARE TRYING TO DECRYPT OR MUST
HAVE ANOTHER LEGAL RIGHTS TO DO IT!

ALL SOFTWARE USED IN GUARANTEED DECRYPTION SERVICE AS DISTRIBUTED
"AS IS". USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, IT COMES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO
WARRANTY.

1. Objectives and characteristics.

The Guaranteed Decryption Service (GDS) is designed to decrypt MS
Word 97/2000, Excel 97/2000 and PDF files encrypted with password
for opening (do not use it to decrypt other files nor other
passwords). The main features of GDS are:

 - 100% guarantee of decryption
 - Very fast processing
 - Full confidentiality of your documents
 - 100% money-back if the GDS fails

2. Using the service.

2.1. Step 1. (Already completed).

   Download GuaServ program.

2.2. Step 2. Run GuaServ program on your encrypted file.

You may run GuaServ program under Win32. (There are also MS-DOS
and Linux version, please contact me if you need it).

To parse your file and to test if it can be decrypted, use the
following command line:

   GuaServ [options] <file>,
where:

<file> is Word 97/2000, Excel 97/2000 or PDF file with password
(for opening).

Parameters in [] brackets are optional (*):
   /w        force Word recognition;
   /e force Excel recognition

If the file is successfully parsed, the utility ask you few
simple questions:

1) Are you owner of this file?
2) Your name?

Next the utility prints your order ID and creates the order file
(like 1234.txt) in the current directory. That is all information
you send to the Decryption Service.

2.3. Step 3. Purchase the desirable GDS Certificate.

Using the link at the page http://www.password-
crackers.com/service.html purchase one of the five available
service types: standard, low-priority, exclusive or multiple.
PDF service also support removing restrictions.
Please use your order ID you got on the previous step. When you
receive the confirmation of payment from the ordering service,
immediately send your order file generated on step 2 to the
service@password-crackers.com (please use your order ID in the
subject of e-mail).

2.4. Step 4. Receive the confirmation from GDS.

As long as the acknowledgement of purchasing the GDS certificate
and your order file is received, the confirmation is sent to you
and Guaranteed Decryption Service is started.

2.5, Step 5. Decrypt your file.

When the GDS service will find key for your file, the decryption
utility and simple instructions will be sent to you. If GDS will
not find the key in the period depending of service type, your
order may be refunded or another GDS type may be chosen.

3. Ordering and contact information.

4. FAQ.

4.1. Your program successfully decrypted a file and Word/Excel
still can not open it...

First, don't despair. The found key is correct and your file can
be decrypted. Another method exists to read your document (only
if you made backup copy of your file).

4.2. I'm sure all of my MS Office files are encrypted with the
same password. Can I decrypt file without searching the key for
each of them?

YES! Use 'multiple' service. When you receive the
file-independent key, you may decrypt any file with the same
password.

4.3. I've got next error message:

a) "no DPMI - Get csdpmi*b.zip"

Under MS DOS you need a DPMI-host. Get it at:
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2misc/csdpmi5b.zip

b) "Permission denied (EACCES)"

Check your file is neither Read-Only nor used by another program.
Also check you have write permission to the current directory.

c) "Your file is corrupted and can't be decrypted".

It means your Excel file has some internal structure (BIFF)
errors. The key for such file can be found with large
probability, but the decryption will fail (it needs some manual
work).

Good luck!

Pavel Semjanov, St.-Petersburg.
