SoftICE 4.0 (4/99) is great (as always) and only usable NT kernel mode debugger.
         I recommend every amateur or professional developer to buy it.
                  File pntice.ini contains offsets for it now.

1) NTdump works fine - You can still save ANY :) present :( memory at ANY irql
                       in ANY? kd - it's universal.

2) Preserve BPM works fine - You won't need it on SMP system probably.

3) XADI extensions work fine - 1st extension for NTice. Dumper is still danger
                      of course.

-) SoftICE still doesn't respect sacred places on ring-0 stack - you can crash,
                       especially when You are tracing DOS executable.

+) You can convert MS kd extensions (kdextx86.dll, kdex2x86.dll,..) to drivers
                       to co-work with SoftICE. But XADI extensions were 1st. ;)
