===Info=======================================================================

This tiny utility is for replacing the PE file's dos stub. It doesn't really
make the file smaller, but after aligning it with my wipe.reloc its size can
be slightly decreased.

There are 2 stubs you can choose:
 - smallest possible stub (-s switch)
	It is 12 bytes long, but does not work in dos - it should reject it
	stating "Cannot execute". It is immediately followed by the PE header,
	overlapping a dword at file offset 3ch, which is the (usually unused)
	BaseOfData member of the PE header.
	This should work but hasn't been tested yet.
 - default stub (without any switch)
	It is 64 bytes long, in dos it displays a "Win32 reqd." message.
	It does not overlap the PE header.

The tinystub also sets the correct PE checksum and recovers the previous
times of the file.

I want to thank B. Luevelsmeyer for writing about the PE file format and
hayras for putting that doc into his spec package;).
