A Warm thanks to the people who helped me find the missing parts!
all is complete that has been written, and so that means:

OrcPak9B.zip is the new COMPLETE one...

if you have the old one, that is less than 3,851,294 bytes, it was the
one missing the proper psp32bit.zip.

ALSO: added OrcPak9D.zip

which includes docs and video drivers for softice 3 and a file on making
softice effective even against programs with antidebugger tricks built-in

it isn't the standard package, but apparently needed considering the softice3
released in the previous pack did not have video drivers (again thanks to
those who made it a point to leave me a message and tell me that needed
information)
