  Definitions:

  ARU - Audio Response Unit, also known as: Voice Response Unit (VRU),
  Interactive Voice Response Unit (IVR); responds to caller entered digits
  or speech recognition in much the same way that a conventional computer
  responds to keystrokes or clicks of a mouse. When the ARU is integrated
  with database computers, callers can interact with databases to check
  current information (e.g., account balances) and complete transactions.

  LINE NUMBER - Wireline / Wireless Line Identification code. Used to identify
  provincial (state) circuits, and translated into a two digit number.

  DNIS - Dialed Number Identification Service. DNIS is a representation of
  the number you dialed used in businesses where several numbers terminate
  to a specific phone, or bank of phones (PBX); i.e. an answering service.
