Telus Mobility 403-816-xxxx Scan

Recently I finished a wardial of all 10,000 numbers of the 816 (Telus
mobility) cell phone prefix, and found that the following numbers
have carriers on them.  What carriers are doing on a cell phone
prefix I don't know, but they are there.  816 is a Calgary area cell
phone prefix.
