Not content with their own testing methods InfoSecurity Asia 99 in Singapore is looking for real Hackers to come out of hiding and publicly show how they hack through various venders firewalls. Do they really expect 'good' hackers to show up to something like this? Please.

United Nations Command and Combined Forces Command, U.S. Forces Korea are reevaluating the content of its World Wide Web site, including e-mail addresses and installation maps, due to security concerns. Air Force Maj. Gen. Michael Hayden, deputy chief of staff of the United Nations Command and U.S. Forces Korea, recently said after a security review of unclassified web sites that they were a "wondrous source of intelligence" for opposing forces.

The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications has said recently that it will develop technology to track and identify crackers. Once they identify the crackers they will still have a hard time prosecuting as Japanese law says that the victim must be able to prove actual damages.
