The Kevin Mitnick defense team is in desperate need of an expert witness. This witness could be you! The Court has granted the defense extremely limited access to the megabytes of data against Kevin Mitnick. The defense team needs an expert witness to e
nsure that no actions are taken by the government that would jeopardize the confidentiality of Kevin's review of the evidence while using the computer.
Witness Needed
Additionally due to the governments delays in providing key evidence to the defense the Kevin Mitnick Defense team has had to ask for a continuance further delaying the trial that was originally scheduled for January 19th.

We reported on this weeks ago, but it is still scary as hell. The British have developed a new identification system that will match up a suspects face to a picture stored in a database. This technique is supposed to work from poor quality closed circuit
television cameras similar to to those used for security surveillance.
It is to be used primarily in Airports and other high security areas. How
