Antionline started copying excerpts of various web sites without bothering to ask if it was ok.
This is hardly surprising given the history of copyright violations this site has.
Unfortunately, one of the site (a webboard) they decided to mirror without its owner's consent contained some unexpected html code.
You're seeing the result of it now.
Fooling a webboard into accepting html code is nothing new..
What is new is to see a"security" site making such a dumb error as replicating a part of a webboard without any kind of caution.
Well, it's quite fashionable to have a web page defaced, isn't it?
