Israeli Jews claimed that the 2000 Intifada had wrecked
their economy and they demanded, and received,
$9 billion. Now they claim the Lebanon
war created untold hardships and they need to use their
previous loan to cover this.
What It All Means
Israel will receive an additional $4 billion, above the
$9 billion. This will be done once the spotlight fades on the brutality
of Israel's war on Lebanon.
