At approximately 11:45 on Tuesday, 13 June 2006, an IOF aircraft
launched one missile at a civilian vehicle as it traveled in al-Tuffah
neighborhood in the northeast of Gaza City. The two men traveling in the
car were killed. Palestinian civilians living in the area gathered
around the car and two paramedics from the nearby hospital came to
provide first medical aid.
At 12:12, as the paramedics, and civilians, were trying to render
aid, the Israeli Air Force fired a second, and third missile, killing
another nine, and maiming another twenty plus.

The point here is that this secondary bomb, which that targets
rescuers, is a Zionist tactic, and it is extremely common in Iraq. It is
Israeli provocateurs doing the majority of the horrific bomb attacks,
not the so called insurgents.
