World Trade Center Was Jump Point For Global Police State

It is the time of the year when we try to remember those around us who
have made a difference in our lives---both good and bad. Most of you
reading the article about Waco (below) can answer without hesitation that the
pre-mediated murders at the Branch Davidian Church by federal police has
made a difference in your life, a difference in your trust of
government, politicians, and your views on the American political system.
You are smarter now than you were in 1993, more astute in your political
understanding, and willing to look at events with "new eyes" that you
did not have before these brutal murders by federal agents on the Branch
Davidian Church.

I urge each of you to apply the knowledge you have acquired over the
past eight years. Look at current events with the same distrust you
routinely apply when you look at federal explanations of what they did
or did not do at Waco. I want to assure you that the government is again
using the strategy of misinformation, lies and fabrications to distort
events today as they did in 1993. Nothing has changed. They lied to you
about their murders in 1993 and they are lying to you now.

Do not allow yourself to slip back into a passive acceptance of what you
are "fed" by the mind controllers of the establishment. As you read the
article below, ask yourself this, "Why is it that the government can not
just admit that they deliberately killed people trying to flee a burning
church?"

The reason, I will suggest, is simple, actually. They need your trust.
They, also, need your blind support. They lose both if they tell you the
truth.

I shall now take this opportunity to tell you something that you will
not believe. Not today, or tomorrow, or next month. But in time you
will come to believe what I say now. You WILL come to the same
conclusion I have.

The government of the United States had advance knowledge of the
"attack" on the WTC. Elements within the security structure and ruling
elite KNEW in advance the "Attack on America" would occur
and they allowed it to occur for their own maleficent objectives.

I say this to you today, just months after the event transpired, that
the "attack" was allowed---to further the interests of those who really
run this country and have a plan of their own for this nation's future.
I am telling you that THEY knew---where, how and when.

Now, of course, you do not believe this possible. Your thought processes
will not now allow it. No more than your fathers could believe that the
United States government knew in advance that the Japanese would attack
Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

December 7, 1941 was truly a day of "infamy," but not for the reasons
you have been led to believe your entire life. The "infamy" was far more
Franklin Delano Roosevelt's than that of the Japanese. For Roosevelt and
his powerful backers, as we now know, not only knew the attack on
America was coming, but wanted it to come. They betrayed the American
people. More than that, they betrayed the good men who were on the ships
at Pearl Harbor. They sacrificed 2403 men for their own secret
objectives. For those of you not yet up to speed on the treason that was
Pearl Harbor may I suggest you read "Day of Deceit: The Truth About FDR
and Pearl Harbor" by Robert B. Stinnett.¹

In time, you will, despite your every intention not to, despite your fear
of this terrible truth, come to believe---two, three or more years from
now---that men in the government who had the power (but not the will) to
stop the events of 09/11/01 allowed the "Attack On America," just as men
in government did December 7, 1941.² You will come to believe this not
because of anything I have or have not said today. Were I not to write a
word on this subject you would nonetheless, come to believe that your
government sacrificed the lives of several thousand people and forever
changed this country on 09/11/01 for motives you can only vaguely
comprehend.

You are merely getting a mental jump start here in this essay. I say
this because if in November of 1963 someone had told the American people
that the CIA had played a role in the murder of President John F.
Kennedy, few would have believed it at that time. Thirty-eight years
after the assassination it is hard to find an informed citizen who does
not know of involvement by CIA agents in JFK's death. Most educated
people in this country have arrived at the conclusion that the
government in some form participated in the killing of a president.

I take no pleasure in the thought that you will at some point in the
future come to believe what I have said here today, for it is a burden
to have your nightmares affirmed, your fears of evil in high places
accepted as reality by your fellow citizens. For such a conclusion means
that none of us are safe. The implications are brutal if you consider
them.

You have been informed today. The rest is up to you. Do not limit your
thinking to that which you are told---by those responsible to some
degree---for the murders at the world trade center, murders just like
those committed at Pearl Harbor, of John F. Kennedy, the shooting and
burning at Waco, the clear complicity of government agents with the
bombers of the Oklahoma Federal Building, of the first (1993) World
Trade Center bombing3 and now the most horrific of all---the murderous
destruction of human life in New York this year.

The conclusion I have presented above is difficult for the average
person to believe. I understand that. Indeed, when an acquaintance of
mine who is well read and versed upon the power structure that governs
the U.S. suggested to me shortly after the bombing that "the government
was behind" the WTC attackof 09/11/01, I told him right then that I did
not believe it and that what he said sounded like just another "conspiracy
theory" and could not be true because the events made the government look
too bad. I believed it showed the government to be incapable of protecting
the country, and that the bombing was just too much of a black eye for
them to want it to occur. So I dismissed his outrageous claim.

Nonetheless, I begin to read the details of the attack with "new eyes,"
just in case such a thing was possible. I begin to compare the events of
09/11/01 with similar events in U.S. history. I have now come to the
conclusion, based upon my own research, not his research, that the
government is culpable in the matter.

I, also, believe that the government's long range objectives for a
military-industrial police state were more important than any temporary
"black eye" they would receive from the bombing, that those in power
believed gains for their political objectives would in short exceed any
temporary appearance of weakness.

Just as many died after the attack of Dec 7, 41, many more Americans
will die in future months and years as a result of wars (not war) that
are being fought now and will be fought in the quickly approaching
future. We are entering a period of time that will match what George
Orwell called "war without end." There will not be any decisive victory
over terrorists. Yes, Ben Laden and many more like him will die---but it
will not bring victory. In fact, quite the exact opposite. Each conflict
including the one in Afghanistan will lead to another. America will
become one great Department of Human Resources to provide people, money
and material to this war without end. Like cattle on the feed lot, our
young men will be run through the chute to be slaughtered in foreign
operations. While here at home terrorism will take an increasing toll
upon what used to be called "civilians" in former wars.

There will, however, be no civilians in this war. All Americans will be
potential targets as other people in other lands send their fighters to
avenge the deaths of those we have killed and will kill. The more we
kill, the more they will kill. It will become an endless cycle of
violence where never enough blood can satisfy those in Washington or
those in the Mid-East or elsewhere who wage the conflict. America, like
Israel, will come to know terrorism up front and close. Our politicians,
like those of Israel, will promise safety which they can not deliver.
Their only solution, like that of Israeli politicians, will be to kill
more.

You see, we do have a representative government in this country---it
just does not represent you and me, but rather the military-industrial
complex.

Such is the time you and I find ourselves in. It can end though, at any
time, if enough of us insist upon it ending. That will take a while. Because
the unthinking in our midst are in their first kill cycle. They demand
blood and they will get it. Some of it, however, will be their own, or
that of someone they love. "War cycle-Peace cycle" it has been called in
the past. That term no longer fits. Instead, I suggest that from now on
it will be "War Cycle-Terror Cycle" or simply "WCTC".

Secondly, we must begin to take personal responsibility for the
government in Washington, if for no other reason than the fact that
others hold us responsible. Others who have had enough and will now
begin to punish the "civilians" who support the government that kills
them, protects corrupt political leaders and interferes in the affairs
of their country.⁴ Do we have an obligation to these people? I believe
that yes, we do. We must rein in the terror.

While it is true that individually you and I can do but little to alter
the current malevolent political structure that controls this country,
it is, also, true that you and I are not alone. There are now, thanks to
the internet and the free flow of information from person to person,
millions of people looking for workable solutions to bad government.⁵Together these millions can make a difference.

I urge each of you to take a stand for the truth as you know it, no
matter how unpopular that stand may be. You owe it to yourself and to
those you care about. Remember this: If you stand for nothing---then,
you will surely fall for anything...

It has been said, "all that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good
men to do nothing." I urge you to not hand those evil men who have
captured control of the political process, the media and other pillars
of power in this country a victory by default.

The blood of better men than ourselves gave us the liberty we yet enjoy.
We owe it to them and to the little ones about our feet to continue
the struggle for freedom and justice.

Tapes Depict Proposal to Thwart Bomb Used in Trade Center Blast

Law-enforcement officials were told that terrorists were building a bomb that was eventually used to blow up the World Trade Center, and they planned to thwart the plotters by secretly substituting harmless powder for the explosives, an informer said after the blast.

The informer was to have helped the plotters build the bomb and supply the fake powder, but the plan was called off by an F.B.I. supervisor who had other ideas about how the informer, Emad A. Salem, should be used, the informer said.

The account. which is given in the transcript of hundreds of hours ot tape recordings Mr. Salem secretly made of his talks w!th law enforcement agents, portrays the authorities as in a far better posiltlon than previously known to foil the Feb. 26 bombing of New York City's tallest towers. The explosion left six people dead more than 1000 injured and damages in excess of half a billion dollars. Four men are now on trial in Manhattan Federal Crourt in that attack.

The transcript quotes Mr. Salem as saying that he wanted to complain to F.B.I. headquarters in Washington about the bureau's failure to stop the bombing, but was dissuaded by an agent he identified as John Anticev.

"He said, I don't think the New York people would like the things out of the New York office to go to Washington, D.C.," Mr. Salem said Mr. Anticev told him.

In another point in the transcripts, Mr. Salem recounts a conversation he said he had with Mr. Anticev, saying ,"I said 'Guys, now you both saw this bomb went off and you both know that we could avoid that.'" At another point, Mr. Salem says, "You get paid, guys, to prevent problems like this from happening."

Mr. Salem talks of the plan to substitute harmless powder for explosives during another conversation with agent Floyd. In that conversation he recalls a previous discussion with Mr. Anticev.

"Do you deny," Mr. Salem says he told the agent, "your supervisor is the main reason of bombing the World Trade Center?" Mr. Salem said Mr. Anticev did not deny it. "We was handling the case perfectly well until the supervisor messed it up, upside down."

Newspaper accounts of the arrests of Egyptians accused of blowing up the World Trade Center reveal that not only did the FBI have advance notice of the bombing but, worse, their informant, a former Egyptian army officer, built the bomb. Emad Ali Salem infiltrated the anti-Israel group for the FBI, who asked him if the Egyptians could build a bomb. Salem told them they could not. The FBI instructed Salem to build a bomb for the Egyptians, using phony powder. Then the FBI told Salem to use real explosives. Salem did as he was told but began secretly to tape his FBI handlers in their meetings. Transcripts of these recordings were published in the New York Times in October, 1993. Properly placed, the bomb could have killed thirty-thousand rather then the six people it did kill. According to court documents filed in New York, the FBI had advance knowledge of the bombing. But the decision was made on orders from the highest levels within the government to allow it to occur. Why? Why did the government need a bombing with great loss of life? Is the Omnibus Counter Terrorism Act so important to their police state plans that they had to try a second time? Was Oklahoma City a successful second try for the government? Army's Anthrax Material Surprises Some Experts

Several scientists and biological warfare experts said yesterday they were surprised by the revelation that a U.S. Army installation in Utah has been producing dried preparations of the Ames strain of the anthrax bacterium, the same strain found in letters to Sens. Thomas A. Daschle and Patrick J. Leahy.

Most said they believe the research was justified for defensive purposes. But several expressed dismay that the Army had never mentioned the work publicly before Wednesday even as it spearheaded the biological and chemical analysis of the Senate letters for the FBI -- a potential conflict of interest that some feared could harm the credibility of the investigation.

The Army has refused to say anything about the extent to which the spore preparations in the Senate letters are similar to or different from the ones produced at its Dugway Proving Ground, about 80 miles from Salt Lake City. "We think we don't have anyone who has looked at both the anthrax we worked on in our lab and the sample from the Daschle letter," Army spokesman Chuck Dasey said.

It remained unclear yesterday how much the FBI knew about the Army program. One knowledgeable source suggested that the agency was caught unawares by the revelation.

But other senior law enforcement officials said the FBI has known about the Dugway program since shortly after the Daschle letter was discovered, and has already conducted comparisons of the Army material and the letter's spores.

Officials said they have been granted full access to the information they need from Dugway, which runs classified biowarfare research programs. But they declined to reveal the results of their investigation into the Dugway anthrax material.

It remains unclear whether Dugway scientists have the technical capacity to make anthrax spores as dangerous as those found in the letters to Daschle (D-S.D.) and Leahy (D-Vt.). The particles in those letters were extremely small and the formulation very pure, with far more spores per gram than the U.S. offensive bioweapons program had achieved at its pinnacle in the late 1960s. Small size and high purity are crucial if infectious quantities are to become airborne and inhaled to cause the most deadly form of anthrax.

William Patrick, who led the Army's offensive biological weapons program at Fort Detrick until the program ended in 1969, said yesterday that it was he who taught Dugway scientists how to dry deadly bacteria into a fine powdery form in 1998. Until then, Dugway had no means of converting wet batches of the anthrax bacterium, Bacillus anthracis, into the dry powder needed to test new defensive technologies, he said, such as systems that can detect the invisible spores in the air.

Patrick said he taught the method using a harmless species of bacterium related to B. anthracis called B. globigii, after making "a few grams" of the material. Patrick said he believes the technique he gave to Dugway "is probably what they're now applying to the 'hot stuff.' " But he said he thinks that his technique is not capable of making a product of the quality found in the Daschle and Leahy letters. "It was plenty good, but not as good as that," he said. Then again, he said, "maybe they've gone on to something better."

Army officials would not comment yesterday. Dugway, on 800,000 acres in the Utah desert, has a long history of secret research and has been a favorite target of conspiracy theorists, including those who believe that the U.S. government has been hiding information about visits from aliens. In the 1960s, Dugway was embroiled in a controversy when thousands of sheep and other animals died downwind of the facility, showing symptoms of having been exposed to nerve gas. The Army denied any culpability but later compensated owners.

Several biowarfare experts said the government's credibility is at stake as the Army decides how much to reveal about its anthrax program.
"The U.S. government should have been not only more forthcoming about this episode but perhaps more detailed in its annual declarations" to the United Nations about its defensive biological weapons program, said Alan Zelicoff, of the Sandia National Laboratory in New Mexico, who stressed that he does not believe that Dugway has been lax in its security or oversight.

Elisa D. Harris, who until recently was the National Security Council official responsible for U.S. policy on biological weapons and is now a research fellow at the University of Maryland, echoed that sentiment. She was one of several experts who suggested that congressional hearings might be in order.

Yet Harris's secret hope is that the Army will prove to have been the source of the material used in this fall's postal attacks.

"If it turns out that this material did in fact originate in the U.S. program, it's actually a terrific outcome because it means the primary actors we need to be focusing on are national programs and nation-states," she said. "In terms of the bioterror threat, the worst outcome would be that there is a biological Unabomber out there who was able to get vaccinated and get the material and the equipment to process it and then mail it out. That would be a really scary scenario."

As research continues, this essay will be updated on my web site at www.louisbeam.com At the moment, my conclusion of government involvement in the second WTC bombing (as in the first), is too sketchy to offer it as "proof" of anything. Rather this essay, in its first iteration, simply lays forth my belief of advance knowledge by the security establishment in this country. The hearings will amount to nothing more than poppycock for the masses---as congress is controlled almost completely by the same hand that controls the intelligence agencies.
