Dr. Edward Bach was an English MD who, after working on vaccines, decided that his patients couldn't be healthy while in negative emotional states.Bach developed these flower tinctures to rebalance the nervous system and the spirit of the individual. They are non-addictive, though the flowers are preserved in alcohol. Two drops on the tongue or in a glass of water are all that's necessary for a healing effect.
Leading health food stores carry the remedies.

If you are an abuse victim, you might find that the abuser instills some of his own symptoms into you. I've found that sometimes a remedy that would fit someone who's abusing me will help me shed the imprint he or she has left on me, or even help me take the abuse more smoothly. Especially if I'm trying not to get angry, which is what they want. This certainly may not be true for everyone, since I've had abusers' imprints burned into my psyche electronically by remote mind control computer stations, via airplanes or sattelites.
The first remedy in the list, Rescue Remedy, is a combination of five flowers and is good for shock, injury (take by mouth and put on the injury), and near-death situations.
An anecdote about Rescue Remedy: I came "home" to where I was forced to stay with a fascist and found a renter's elderly dog lying lifeless on the floor. He had been attacked by a part-coyote and wasn't breathing. So I quickly put a few drops of Rescue Remedy and Natra-Bio "Injuries" in his mouth. I then rubbed his paws to stimulate the glands on the other ends of the nerves (acupressure). I now know it's also good to rub the ears.
In several seconds he revived, as if to say, "By gosh, what happened? Good to see you."
I fed him Health Valley canned dog food and he was quite well and spry.
Then his owner came back and took him for a checkup at the vet. He died! Perhaps he got a bit of toxic preventive medicine that was too much for his old system.
I compiled the following list some years ago and so am not sure if I took it from Ellon's pamphlets or from one of the many books or booklets available on the Bach Flowers.
If it's copyrighted, I hope the author will forgive me and that the reader may by chance buy the book!
