Meetings are scheduled March 3-4 in Washington DC and May 19-20 in Cleveland, Ohio. There are more meetings after May in other parts of the country.
Each member of the public who requests to present is allowed 5 minutes. They require a request in writing before the meeting.
This is a good time to make contact, write letters and if you can attend, and give a 5 minute presentation, advise them.
