There will be a Open Panel discussion on "Electronic Mind Control" during the Ninth Annual International Surveillance Expo at the Sheraton Premiere, Tysons Corner, Virginia on October 27th, 28th & 29th of 1997. We are seeking Researchers, Experts, Victims and Knowledgable People from this arena of information and requesting that Speackers submit their requests as soon as possible.
