In the end the paranoid will start the war and only the paranoid will survive. A war so different than all other wars. The foundation of every war is the domination and controlling of a certain people and it will be no different in the last war. Only it's not about the destruction of the body, but about the destruction of the mind. And it's impossible to escape from it.
An ingenious satellite system in cooperation with robot camera's in the streets on earth provide a faultless identification, tracking and tracing of people, which even can be applied in retrospect. Darkness and a thick cloud-cover are no obstacles anymore due to laser- and thermo-technology.
Camera's with millimeter waves, which sit in the electromagnetic spectrum between the infrared and microwaves, can look through walls and frisk people visually from a remote distance, under their clothes, into their bodies. Millitech is an American company which provides these camera's for about $10,000. A bit further down in the electromagnetic spectrum, the military electronics manufacturer Raytheon has come up with a way of detecting metal objects using radio waves with wavelengths of a few meters. Raytheon works on a detector that bathes people with radio waves, and matches the secondary signal that this produces against a library of radio signatures from objects such as handguns and knives. For the moment, however, it is not clear how accurately this can be done. (New Scientist, November 4, 1995)
Researchers in California have already developed a robot, which can track individuals remotely. The Autonomous Observer (AO) is being promoted as replacement for supervisors in factories, overseeing other robots. The reality behind this is that these researchers are being funded by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) who promotes the AO in tracking enemies within a building. (New Scientist, 17 Oct. 1998) Because the free market gives anyone the possibility to buy this system, it would surely be used in the future for border patrol, marked out neighborhoods, banks and stores.
The private garbage collecting service in Teignmouth, England has bought an advanced satellite system for 60,000 Pound. This will track the garbage men so they won't take unauthorized breaks. (TT-Reuters 4 dec. 1998)
Increasing surveillance techniques are however mostly used for tracking activities of dissidents, human right activists, journalists, student leaders, minorities, trade-union leaders and political opponents. The Danish Jai stroboscopic camera can take hundreds of pictures in a matter of seconds and individually photograph all the participants in a demonstration. While the automatic vehicle recognition systems can identify a car number plate and then track the car around a city. Many of these systems, for example the English Talon system are being sold under its euphemistic name 'Traffic Monitoring System' for 2000 Pound per unit to every organization, regime or individual who pays. Everyone can be traced by means of an implant. Babies received one because its parents were convinced if their child would be kidnapped or missing, it would always be found back. Within the shortest time it had become a standard procedure due to astonishing results.
Dr. Daniel Man from Florida already suggested such a plan and claims it's a fairly simple procedure which can take about twenty minutes. ("Beepers in kids' heads could stop abductors," Las Vegas SUN, Oct. 27, 1987.)
A document called 'The Revolution in Military Affairs and Conflict Short of War' composed by the 'Strategic Studies Institute' at the 'U.S. Army War College' describes how to protect American businessmen abroad. The authors Dr. Steven Metz, an associate research professor who specializes in 'military operations other than war,' and LTC James Kievit, a Strategic Research Analyst, want every citizen leaving the United States to receive an electronic Individual Position Locator Device (IPLD), which will probably be sub-dermally implanted. These implants would not only function as tracking devices: Metz and Kievit believe that IPLDs could provide identification and "two-way communication" between the military and civilians. Further they want with these chips to monitor 'personal conversations'. The next step might well be domestic mass implantation, probably as a crime prevention measure. In the 1970's Dr. Joseph A. Meyer, a computer specialist working for the National Security Agency in the US, suggested to monitor prisoners by means of a network of transceivers and small irremovable radio transponders. (Meyer, J.A. Crime Deterrent Transponder System, IEEE Trans. AES-7, no.7, January 1971) Meyer's vision became reality during the 1980's when some private prisons started with the parole system based on electronic monitoring. This system has now reached the rest of the world. But also inside prisons monitoring of inmates takes place. In DeKalb County Jail near Atlanta, US, all prisoners are even bar coded. The company Third Wave Technologies in Madison, Wisconsin even managed to record a part of your genetic identity in a bar code. The company proudly states that one can use it for fast detection of genetic mutation and to help in the treatment of inheritable diseases. (New Scientist, 20 March 1999) Perhaps the assortment will soon be expanded with other aspects of the identity.
Remote, invisible, unknowing and undetected, people are being implanted with hypnotic instructions, which cause subtle or profound changes in their behavior.
The Russian Dr. Smirnov (a psychologist at the Moscow Institute of Psychocorrelations) succeeded with help of a computer to map the brain waves - including the subconscious - and various human impulses, such as anger or the sex drive. Then through taped subliminal messages, he claimed to be able to physically alter the landscape with the power of suggestion. The United States have bought this and other manipulation technologies from the Russians for sometimes not more than $80,000. According to a scientific analysis by the Russian Department of Psycho-Correction at the Moscow Medical Academy it is possible to examine thoughts of people and to correct them without their knowing. American military officers witnessed lab experiments with which the KGB told them they could use this manipulation technology to suppress riots, control dissidents and demoralize or disable opposing forces. There is already a history of subtle messages, which can alter human behavior. According to a report from 1984 by the U.S. House of Representatives, a large number of stores throughout the country use high frequency transmitted words (above the range of human hearing) to discourage shoplifting. One East Coast department store chain was reported to have saved $600,000 over a nine-month period.
The CIA has already at its disposal a technology called RHIC-EDOM. RHIC stands for 'Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control' and EDOM for 'Electronic Dissolution of Memory'. In a controlled environment one is able to evoke hypnoses from a remote distance and implant suggestions. In 1961 Allen Frey documented the ability of human hearing to 'hear' certain microwaves. (Frey, A.H. "Auditory System Response to Radio Frequency Energy", 'Aerospace Med.' 32:1140-1142, 1961.) In 1973 Joseph Sharp and Mark Grove successfully performed an experiment in which words were modulated onto a microwave frequency and communicated directly with the human brain. (Robert O. Becker, THE BODY ELECTRIC - William Morrow and Company, 1985) In 1976 the Defense Intelligence Agency attributed this discovery to researchers in the Soviet Union in order to acquire funds of a frightened Congress. (Ronald I. Adams R.A. Williams, BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION (RADIOWAVES AND MICROWAVES) EURASIAN COMMUNIST COUNTRIES, - Defense Intelligence Agency, March 1976.) If there's the slightest doubt the Russians really have developed a technology, which makes it possible to control someone's thoughts, the Americans will not stay behind. On the contrary, they will do everything possible to win this race.
Dr. Frey has also done experiments on reduction of aggression. Rats who were accustomed to vicious fighting when their tails were pinched, accepted the pinching with relative passivity when irradiated with pulsed microwaves in the ultra high frequency range (UHF) at a power density of less than 1,000 microwatts/cm². When asked about weapons applications of his work, he answered by referring to himself as "just a biological theorist", and his work for the Navy, "basic medical research." (Allan H. In 1969, Jose M. Delgado predicted the day would soon arrive when a computer would be able to establish two-way radio communication with the brain, an event that first occurred in 1974. Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for the Stanford Research Institute (a leading military contractor), developed a computer system capable of reading a person's mind. It correlated brain waves on an electroencephalograph with specific commands. Twenty-five years ago the computer responded with a dot on a TV screen. Nowadays it could be the input to a stimulator (ESB: electric stimulation of the brain) in advanced stages using radio frequencies. In 1995 Michael A. Persinger ph.D., a neurologist at the Laurentian University of Sudbury in Ontario, as well as a member of the scientific board of the False Memory Syndrom Foundation, wrote about the technological possibilities to influence a major part of the approximately six billion people on this planet without mediation through classical sensory modalities but by generating electromagnetic induction of fundamental algorithms in the atmosphere. In the New York Times Magazine of September 29th, 1996, Sharon Royte wrote how Persinger had experimented with electromagnetic impulses, which moved through the temporal lobe and penetrated deep into the brain. It caused sensations that ranged from subtle to profound. Persinger discovered when he aimed at the amygdala, his subjects experienced sexual arousal. When he focused on the solenoids on the right hemisphere of their temporal lobes, they sensed on the left side of their body a negative presence - an alien or a devil, for example. When he switched to the left hemisphere, his subjects sensed a benevolent force: an angel or a god. Focused on the hippocampus, the personal electromagnetic relaxation device would produce the sort of opiate effects what Ecstasy does today. Subjects have so far reported no adverse side effects. However, 'if you interfere with the opiate pattern, people get very irritated,' Persinger says. In fact, "they'll actually cuss you out."
Is it possible to actually influence someone's thoughts and behavior remotely without his knowledge? According to a growing number of experts, it sure is possible. The electrical activity of the brain operates within the spectrum of the 20-hertz frequency. This spectrum is called ELF (extreme low frequency). ELF waves carry very little ionizing radiation and very low heat, and therefore do not manifest gross, observable physical effects on living organisms. In San Leandro, Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher, director of Technic Research Laboratory, has been doing ELF/brain research with human subjects for some time. One of the frequencies produced nausea for more than an hour. Another frequency, she called it the marihuana frequency, got people laughing. "Give me the money and three months," she said, "and I'll be able to affect the behavior of eighty percent of the people in this town without their knowing it." (Napa Sentinel - Mind Control Series, Harry V. Martin en David Caul, 1995) Numerous experiments have been performed with highly successful results.
On September 10th the space shuttle Discovery utilized a powerful green laser directed at key sections of North America and other parts of the globe. The pulses of the shuttle laser were at 10 hertz. That's the same frequency as the woodpecker signal and it's within the human brain wave frequency. Researchers believe it was used in conjunction with RF (radio frequency) broadcast from the Arco Haarp Antenna in Alaska, which was tested during the Discovery's flight. HAARP stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. As Dr. Becker says in The Body Electric, 'Hypnotists often use a strobe light flashing at alpha wave frequencies to ease the subject into trance. HAARP is a controversial project which is interpreted by some researchers as an insane attempt to zap the earth's ionosphere (an electrically charged sphere which surrounds the upper atmosphere, about 65 to 1250 kilometers above Earth) with an incredible amount of energy (more than 3 gigawatt - 3 billion watt). The American government has opened an official web site to bridle the negative publicity. According to the Defense Department, HAARP has been developed to perform atmospheric measuring and to replace the extensive ELF submarine communication system by a new system. Whatever their explanations may be, a series of patents show that its use of this system has more up its sleeve than the political magicians want to show us. Especially patent number 4,686,605, owned by ARCO Power Technologies, Inc. (APTI), describes an ionospheric heater very similar to the HAARP heater invented by Bernard J. Eastlund, a Texas physicist. According the patent, Eastlund's invention can disrupt or take down airplanes and missiles with advanced guiding systems. It can cause interference with or even total disruption of communications over a large portion of the earth with electromagnetic beams of different frequencies. Also the patent is describing the alteration of weather. APTI has build HAARP and sold the patents in June 1994 to E-Systems. E-Systems is one of the largest suppliers in the world of the intelligence and works mainly for the CIA. An amount of 1.8 billion dollars is yearly being spent on so-called 'black' projects, so secret that even the American Congress is not being told how the money is being spent. Raytheon, one of the largest defense contractors in the world, eventually bought E-Systems. There is clearly more going on than atmospheric measuring. The US Senate has granted 15 million dollars in 1996 to HAARP to perform earth-penetrating tomography to a depth of many kilometers inside the planet in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. The problem however is that the frequency needed for this earth-penetrating scanning is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It may also have profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals, which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes. Injury and execution takes place at a remote distance, unexpected and completely natural.
Dr. R.O. Becker, twice nominated for the Nobel Prize for his work on bio-electromagnetism, tells in his book 'The Body Electric' about Dr. Frey reporting experiments during the 1960's with frogs and other animals. Frey managed to succeed with use of microwaves to slow down, speed up or even stop the heartbeat. Also creating leaks in the blood brain barrier was part of his repertoire, which was financed by the American navy. So it is technically possible to cause a heart attack by using a beam which can penetrate the human sternum.
Also Dr. Becker has examined a group of women who had protested against a nearby U.S. Air Force base with nuclear weapons at Greenham in England since 1981. In 1984 the situation for the Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp changed dramatically. Many of the women began to suffer of nausea, burnt face (even at night), vertigo, sleep disturbances, retinal bleeding, palpitations, lack of concentration, loss of memory, disorientation, severe headaches, temporary paralysis, faulty speech coordination and irritation. A 1987 issue of 'Soviet Military Power', a cold war Pentagon publication, warned that the Soviets might be close to 'a prototype short-range tactical RF (radio frequency) weapon.' The Washington Post reported that year that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range. The Pentagon has been pursuing similar devices since the 1960's. To hide the cruelty of war, the use of machines, which bring its users literally to higher grounds, will be used extensively. With virtual reality lenses placed directly onto the eyes, in combination with electronic stimulation of the hippocampus evoking orgiastic feelings makes even the biggest critic forget reality.
The author Robert Anton Wilson promotes a new generation of 'mind machines' designed to promote creativity, stimulates learning, and alters consciousness. These machines can also induce 'Out-of-Body-Experiences,' in which the percipient mentally "travels" to another location while his body remains at rest. Where one put the boundary between fantasy and reality is a matter of time. Where does one place the unbelievable story of John St Clair Akwei, who started in 1991 a lawsuit against the NSA. He has told that the NSA can trace every individual in the United States and track him 24 hours a day with computers. The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment, which analyzes electrical activity in humans from a distance. The NSA computer-generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all of the electrical activity in the brain continuously. An application they also use secretly in the airforce where the brain of the pilot is connected with a computer. This rare document of the civil lawsuit, where for the first time a civilian could sue personal of the NSA, shows a bizarre and unbelievable scene, but his description of a global tapping system on electronic communication has in the mean time received world-wide publicity under its name ECHELON. Technology has no moral, ethics or conscience. Despite the large amount of disinformation about secret projects, it's not a question IF but WHEN earlier mentioned applications will be executed. The image of enmity of country versus country has disappeared. Rather small groups have the possibility to cause extreme changes. Complete transparency is therefore of vital interest. The classification 'Top Secret for national reasons' doesn't apply anymore. For the State itself can harbor the enemy.
