Non-Identified State Agents

This is a true message under my name to cause attention of State Department and if possible Ms. Albright or Ms. Susan Rice (Only two people I recently knew from the press about this department):

Legend Microsystems, Inc. and its president might has recently been investigated by Non-Identified State Agents that threaten its potential to conduct business in Louisville. It reaches to the extreme including death threat and brain-wash to its prime officer. I personally suspect that those personals might pretend to be agents from State Department because they have never shown any official ID, and their intrusion seems only through voice effect. Their remarks through those voice effects are also hight racially oriented. They seem to have equipments able to distort a person's mind and body, such as forcing a foul words or causing severe heart beating and severe coldness without seeing anything around which they clain to be radio wave. This effect is so powerful, it can follow you anywhere from home to working place. I have contacted State Department but get negative reply. I describe some phenomena here just to enable officer from State Department to trace down the source of existing equipments within State Department. This is also a message to inquire on limits law enforcement officers conduct investigation to innocent personals and independent corporations. And at the meantime, to check the autheticity of those personals' identity, their purpose and to report their potential criminal activities. Because their only activities are conducted through voice, there is no way for me to request investigation of local police officer and had to inquire State Department to check their identities since through voice they claim to be dispatched by State Department:

1) Do they have the authorized right to investigate a private resident without officially identifying themselves. 2) Do they have authorized right to expose a private resident's private record to public, even his frients' private information to public. 3) Do they have the authorized right to exposed a Corporation's trade secret to public without consulting corresponding officer of that company. 4) Do they have the authorized right to conducting investigation on a private resident through menace, mental and physical torture in order to mislead this individual toward potential criminal act so they can force him to plea bargin in exchange to testify in another case. 5) Do they have the authorized right under so-called court order to use special equipment to induce strongly racially oriented remarks.

By any chance if you read this message, please spread the words and cause kind attention of Ms. Albright or Ms.Susan Rice.

I had to send this message repeatedly in order that one of them might have a chance to reach a real state agent. I have tried to send this note to State Department through several different e-mail addresses on the web site. However all messages seem to be blocked by those voices. At the meantime, I have also tried to send this note to a few highly reputable news media, such as ABC news, USA Today, InfoWorld etc. All of them seem to be blocked. Corresponding files on my E-mail (Sent) Box could serve as evidences. Please, please help.
