Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado was born in Ronda, Malaga, Spain, August 8, 1915, and is now 83 years of age. Son of a Military Medical Doctor, that according to him "gave us an education that now I am trying give to my children". Delgado studied Medicine in Madrid, where was adjunct teacher of physiology, and then, was researcher of CSIC (High Center of Scientific Research).

"Officially," he went to the U.S.A in 1950, where he worked at Yale University with professor Fulton. Delgado was at Yale during more than 20 years and was named physiology professor in 1966, directing the neurobiological laboratory. So, he continued the research of the Swiss physiologist and 1959 Nobel prize winner M.D. Walter Rudolph Hess (1881-1973).

Hess began research at the start of the 30's, and in the U.S.A., experimented with conscious animals, applying little electric stimuli to the brain through fine needles. When these needles are implanted in the brain, stimulated areas bring reactions in some body parts. In this way Hess located the brain zones that control various areas.

Delgado is considered an eminence around the world in the field of brain study, and he has had various international rewards for his research. Some of these are Ramon Y Cajal (1952), Gold Medal Award of psychiatrics Biology in 1974, Rodriguez Pascual Award (1975), Guggenheim Fellow (1963)...

Rodriguez Delgado began to show his research -- that until then were known only by the medical circle -- in 1969, when he wrote The Physical control of the mind (toward a Psychocivilized society) (Harper & Row, 1969). In The Physical control... he showed some data from the results of his experiments. He wrote other books, all concerning the brain, and in which he talked, with little information, about his new research projects, ever containing a spiritual aspect decorated with the search of felicity.

These books -- that we know -- have only been published in Spain, but have probably been translate to other languages. They are:

In this last book, The Mind control, wrote in 1995, Delgado doesn't talk about his device, the "Stimoceiver". Neither does he show more interesting information and talks less of what he said in his 1969 book (that now is out of print).

One of the most curious aspects of the Delgado research is that he directed a project, in the 60's, with the help of the famous M.D., Carpenter, a specialist in monkeys and Antropoids.

The project was realized in Hall Island, Bermuda, and consisted of stimulating the brains of multiple monkeys that lived in the wild. These monkeys had all their movements "controlled" and "teledirected" through brain implants which registered and sent brain information to a computer.

By the way, Delgado perfected -- according to the information that we have -- the "Biological Chip" (BioChip). This is meant to function equally to the electric implants, but dumps into any part of the body hallucinatory substances, drugs, or poison in a controlled mode and at a distance. It is not more difficult to think that any "biological" implant that was found in the supposedly extra-terrestially abducted, when removed and found not to have electrical devices, could be BioChips (we don't talk about this if we don't have proof).

Delgado returned to Spain in 1970 end brought with him some of his devices and machines that had been used in the Yale research. In Spain, Delgado began to work as a physiology professor in the Medicine School of Autonoma University of Madrid (Spain), where he was a teacher until the 1990's.

But Delgado's experiments do not stop at his discovery that he could stimulate the brain with remote control through electrodes. Beginning in 1960, he had knowledge of the possibility of stimulating any part of the brain through remote control with EMF.

With his interest in this new stimulation method, Delgado -- as has been accused -- was one of the more active scientists in the so-called "Pandora Project". This project was based on modulating voices and sound to a soldier's head through creating EMF, so that the soldier would lose his self-control in a stress state (situation) when on the battle field.

We have information that links Delgado with other projects, less known, and that at this time, we can't show for reasons of US security and US research security. If this information had been know here in Spain, the information vistas for research and to obtain data could be broken.

Delgado's relationship with the CIA, according to evidence, was a "gold mine" for U.S. intelligence. The evidence is that all Spaniards that want information about the "non-official" Delgado research have been menaced (in Spain, these menacings are most strange, and the "conspiracies" are totally unknown). Many years after he returned to Spain, Delgado began to research in public the theme of EMF. A Medical Doctor, and Delgado's friend, talked to us about curious experiments with old people.

According to this friend of Delgado, Delgado and another M.D. stimulated the brains of these people to provoke sexual orgasms for a long time.

Delgado's friend said to us, between laughters, "these old men were very happy". Also, Delgado did research about bone regeneration with EMF.

By the way, Delgado said in an interview that he knew that this EMF can be controlled up to a 3 Km. distance and be focused to the point that the people that have this technology want for their purposes.

Some many months ago, we talked with a Spanish Psychiatrist M.D. who specializes in "Subliminal Messages" (one of the few here in Spain), who, in secret, said to us that he was threatened after covering in his book the "Pandora Project" Delgado's role in it. After this, the Doctor and his family received, for weeks, menacing telephone calls that obliged him not to talk more about it.

The EMF, brain implants and microwaves weapons are completely unknown in Spain, and we suppose that Delgado returns here for this reason to continue his research. Now, Delgado continues living and we know that he has a little clinic in Madrid. Now he doesn't work "officially", but he will tell any person that he doesn't know is from NosMan that he has "his research equipment".

We have more information but we prefer to wait to prove it if at all possible.

The "NosMan" Project

 
"NosMan" is the name with which we christen our research project, which can research, prove, find, and compile as much information as possible and show Spain (and the world) about Delgado's hidden research, the brain implants... The goal is to obtain all types of proof about the existence of these machines and the people that are "Guinea Pigs" and victims of this here in Spain and other places in the world.

When we have all the credible information possible, we will show it to the Spanish public to obligate the Spanish politicians to talk about it, and before Delgado dies (he is now very old). We believe that Delgado wants to talk but these killers menace him, and he collaborates, hiding the truth of his research, which, if the people of Spain knew, should make the foundations of Spanish government quake for hiding what they know. We know that the Spanish Government has collaborated with the CIA in multiple things; for this, we need more proof, to break the silence and the lack of information in this country.

Nos-Man signifies Nos= "we are" and Man=manipulan= "manipulate". Both signify "We are manipulate". The generic purpose of NosMan is this:

That all people around the world who think they have implants and facts that prove the reality of their cases send us all details and information about their experiences (x-rays, MRI's, history, accusations from some official or civil institution, medical documents, etc.). We need photocopies, with signatures, of the original papers for proof, without doubt, that the implants are a reality so that when we show the information to the public, that knows nothing about this problem, they can learn the "incredible" information that constitutes remote control brain manipulation.

We have more points included in the project, but for security, we prefer not to talk about them in order not to give data to the "enemy". The NosMan work is in the most absolute clandestinity. If in any other form, we believe that, without a doubt the CESID (secret intelligence spanish service), under CIA orders, will kill people "non gratis". Also, the information vistas about this in Spain are few, and the little information that would be interesting could be missing.

About the people that make up NosMan, we prefer not to tell, for the research to have more security. By the way, we wish to declare to Spanish CESDIC and the American CIA all this:

Actually, a Spanish journalist web (some of these of most high prestige) is collaborating on the project and has a copy of the information that Nosman has compiled. The members of NosMan don't fear the menacing threats and will continue their peaceful work to find and win a real democracy exempt from manipulation. If any NosMan Member is victim of any "accident", all information of victims and proof of the brain manipulation through implants should be divulged for all people that collaborate with us.

Proyecto NosMan

Jose Manuel Rodriguez Delgado naciò en Ronda (Malaga, España), el 8 de agosto de 1915, con lo que ahora tiene 83 años. Hijo de un mèdico militar, que segùn èl "nos diò una educacuiòn que ahora estoy intentando dar a mis propios hijos", estudiò medicina en Madrid, donde fue profesor adjunto de fisiologìa y posteriormente, investigador del CSIC (Centro Superior de Investigaciones Cientìficas).

"Oficialmente" se marchò a los Estados Unidos en 1950, donde trabajò, en la Universidad de Yale con el profesor Fulton. Allì estubo durante màs de 20 años y fuè nombrado catedràtico de fisiologìa en 1966, dirigiendo el laboratorio de neurobiologìa. Asì, Delgado continuò las investigaciones del fisiòlogo suizo y premio Nobel en 1959 Dr. Walter Rodolph Hess (1881-1973) (ningùn parecido con el Rudolph Hess nazi). Hess empezò a experimentar a pricipios de los años 30, en los Estados Unidos, con animales conscientes a los que aplicaba pequeños estìmulos elèctricos en el cerebro por medio de finas agujas conductoras de la electricidad. Al ser implantadas en la masa encefàlica estimulaban los lugares que tenìan respuesta en partes del cuerpo, con lo que se localizaba la zona cerebral que las controlaba.

Delgado es considreado una eminencia a nivel mundial dentro del campo del estudio del cerebro, y ha recibido varios galardones internacionales por sus investigaciones. Entre ellos, estàn el premio "Ramon y Cajal" (1952), Gold Metal Award de la sociedad de biologìa psiquiatrica en 1974, Premio Rodrìguez Pascual en 1975, Guggenheim Fellow en 1963...

Rodrìguez Delgado, comenzò a mostrar sus trabajos -que hasta el momento habìan sido conocidos solo en los cìrculos mèdicos- en 1969, cuando escribiò el libro "El control fìsico de la mente. Hacia una sociedad psicocivilizada" (Harper & Row, 1969). Tras "El control fìsico...", en el que mostraba algunos de los datos resultantes de sus experimentos, ha escrito otros, todos relacionados con el cerebro y el que se habla, muy escuetamente, de los datos novedosos sobre sus investigaciones, siempre bajo un aspecto casi espiritual y adornado de la bùsqueda de la felicidad. Los libros, que sepamos, solo se han publicado en España, pero posiblemente hayan sido traducidos a otros idiomas. Los tìtulos son:

En este ùltimo, "El control de la mente", escrito en 1995, no se dan mas datos de su invento: El Estìmoreceptor ò Stimoceiver. Tampoco se dan datos interesantes de sus ùltimas investigaciones sobre el cerebro, y ademàs, no se cuenta ni la tercera parte de lo que aparecìa en el libro de 1969 (que ahora està "agotado" y no se comercializa). Uno de los aspectos màs curiosos de las investigaciones de Delgado es que dirigiò un proyecto, en la dècada de los 60, con la ayuda del famoso Doctor Carpenter (especializado en la conducta de los monos y antropoides). El proyecto se realizò en la Isla Hall (Bermudas), y consistiò en estimular el cerebro de decenas de Gibones a distancia y desde otras islas por medio de Estimoreceptores (Stimoceivers), que tambien captaban la informaciòn de la actividad del cerebro de los monos, a los que se les "teledirigìa" los movimientos por medio de los implantes cerebrales.

No solo eso, sino que Delgado, segùn se puede extractar de algunas de las manifestaciones realizadas a algunos medios de comunicaciòn è investigadores, perfeccionò el "BioChip". Èste funcionarìa igual que los implantes elèctricos, pero soltando en algunas partes del cuerpo sustancias alucinògenas, drogas, anestèsicos ò cualquier tipo de veneno de una manera controlada y a distancia. No serìa muy dificil pensar que algunos de los implantes "Biològicos" encontrados en supuestos abducidos por extraterrestres que cuando son sacados se deshacen ò no contienen ningùn tipo de maquinaria elèctrica, pudieran ser Biochips... (tampoco queremos hablar sin pruebas)

Delgado volviò a España a finales de 1970, y se trajo parte del equipo que hasta el momento habìa estado utilizando en las investigaciones realizadas en Yale. Una vez en España, empezò a dar clases en la càtedra de fisiologìa de la facultad de medicina de la "Universidad Autonoma" de Madrid (España), donde estuvo como profesor hasta bien entrada la dècada de los noventa. Pero las investigaciones de Delgado no se pararon en descubrir que se podìa estimular el cerebro a distancia por medio de electrodos. A principios de 1960 comenzò a hacerse viable la posibilidad de estimular algunas partes del cerebro a distancia por medio de campos electromagnèticos.

Probabalemente por su interes en este nuevo mètodo de estimulaciòn, Delgado, segùn ha sido acusado, fuè uno de los cientìficos màs activos del denominado "Proyecto Pandora". Este consistìa en modular voces y sonidos a la cabeza de soldados, por medio de la creaciòn de Campos Electromagnèticos y hacerles perder el control ante una situaciòn de estrès por hallarse en el campo de batalla. Tenemos datos que le relacionan con otros proyectos, menos conocidos, y que, por el momento no podemos dar por nuestra seguridad y la de la investigaciòn, ya que, de lo contrario, si llegase la noticia a España, probablemente las vìas de obtenciòn de datos podrìan romperse.

Las relaciones de Delgado con la CIA, son màs que evidentes, y ha sido uno de las "gallinas de los huevos de oro" para la inteligencia Estadounidense. La muestra està en que todos los ciudadanos Españoles que han intentado recopilar informaciòn sobre las investigaciones de Delgado "No Oficiales", han sido amenazadas (En España este tipo de amenazas es muy raro, y las "conspiraciones", al contrario que en los EE.UU. , pràcticamente son desconocidas). Años depuès de venir a España, empezò a investigar "publicamente" en tema de los Campos Electromagnèticos. Un colega suyo, nos llegò a comentar un experimento muy curioso con ancianos. Al parecer, Delgado y otro doctor pusieron en una jaula de campos electromagnèticos a unos ancianos (bastante mayores), y les estimularon el cerebro provocàndoles orgasmos durante largo tiempo. Segùn nos comentaba, entre risas, su colega "los viejecitos al parecer se lo pasaron muy bien". Tambien estubo realizando experimentos sobre la regeneraciòn de huesos con campos electromagnèticos. Sin embargo, el mismo ha admitido en una grabaciòn en video (que poseemos), que conocìa que estos campos electromagnèticos pueden dirigirse hasta a 3 Km!! de distancia y ser enfocados hacia el blanco sobre el que se quiera actuar.

Hace unos meses hablàbamos con un Doctor en psicologìa Español, especializado en los "mensajes subliminales" (uno de los pocos que hay en España), quien, secretamente, nos aseguraba haber sido amenazado tras haber hablado en uno de sus libros de Delgado relacionandolo con el "Proyecto Pandora". El doctor y su familia, recibieron durante semanas llamadas telefònicas amenazantes obligandole a no volver a hablar del tema.

El tema de los Campos Electromagnèticos, los Implantes Cerebrales y las armas de Microondas es completamente desconocido en España, quizà, por eso, Delgado volviò para seguir investigando. Actualmente, Delgado sigue vivo y segùn hemos sabido, tiene una pequeña clìnica en Madrid. Aunque ya no trabaja "Oficialmente", el mismo ha expresado que "Tiene su propio equipo de investigadores". Tenemos màs datos que preferimos por el momento esperar a verificar todo lo posible.
 

El Proyecto "NosMan":

Nosman es el nombre con el que hemos bautizado el proyecto de investigaciòn que, de una vez por todas, pueda recopilar toda la informaciòn posible que haya en España (y todo el mundo) sobre Delgado, los implantes, y las investigaciones ocultas en las que ha trabajado.. La finalidad es conseguir todo tipo de pruebas de la existencia tanto de los aparatos como de las personas que estàn siendo "Guinea Pigs" de este tipo de pruebas aqui en España.

Una vez se tenga toda la informaciòn posible y creìble, ofrecerla a la luz pùblica Española con todas las pruebas, obligando a los polìticos Españoles a que hablen y al propio Delgado antes de que muera (ya es muy viejo). Nosotros creemos que a Delgado tampoco le han dejado hablar y ademàs, colabora claramente en ocultar la verdad sobre sus investigaciones, que, de conocerse, probablamente harìan temblar los cimientos del Gobierno Español por encubrir lo que sabe. Somos concientes de que España es colaboradora de la CIA en muchos sentidos, por lo que hacen falta pruebas, verdaderamente contundentes para aplacar el silencio y la falta de datos que hay en este paìs.

Nos-Man son las siglas de "Nos Manipulan". Los objetìvos de NosMan, a grandes rasgos, son los siguientes:

Existen màs puntos previstos en el proyecto que, por seguridad, preferimos no contar para no dar "ventaja" a nuestro enemigo. El trabajo que vamos a desempeñar lo debemos realizar en la màs estricta de las clandestinidades, de lo contrario el CESID (servicio secreto Español), por orden de la CIA, estamos seguros que no dudarà ni un instante en quitarse de enmedio a personas "non gratas". Ademàs, los cauces de informaciòn sobre este tema, en España son muy limitados, y la poca informaciòn valiosa que pudiera sacarse podrìan perderse.

Sobre los "miembros" del proyecto preferimos no dar ningùn tipo de dato por la seguridad de la investigaciòn. Por otra parte, deseamos manifestar al CESID español y a la CIA estadounidense lo siguiente:

Actualmente, una red de periodistas Españoles, algunos de muy alto prestigio, estàn al tanto del proyecto y guardan copia del material que vamos recopilando. Los miembros de NosMan no tienen miedo a ningùn tipo de amenazas ni atentados, y continuaràn su trabajo pacìfico en pro de una democracia real y exenta de manipulaciòn. En caso de que algun miembro de NosMan sufriera algùn "accidente", toda la informaciòn de todos los afectados y Pruebas que demuestran la manipulaciòn por medio de implantes serìa divulgada, sin ningùn gènero de duda y con el compromiso total de todos lo que colaboran.
