The Atlanta MC forum was a success. About l5 people attended and spent the weekend working hard on our agenda. Walter Bowart, author of Operation Mind Control and Betsey Russell-Manning, author of Whistleblowers and many other compilations on this topic were present. We had mostly victims but also present was an expert on psionic countermeasures. Those participating spanned a broad age group, but everyone supported everyone else as was befitting the tragic seriousness of our quest - to get help for ourselves and others. We had people who had the older-style hardware and some who have had the newest technology used on them. We focused more on our goals than on our own personal histories because time was precious. We set up an organization, but only recently decided on the name and are now trying to get it incorporated. It's probably best not to go public with too many details yet. Unfortunately some of those present had some terrible setbacks on returning home and one was committed against her wishes by family members and is now being held for a month in a mental hospital. This issue of forced incarceration and medication is one we really need to address. Things are moving along surely and carefully at this stage, as we don't want to set up precedents that we will regret later.

After this conference S.D. and myself attended the Surveillance Expo. in Tyson's Corner, Va. where we had a mind control booth thanks to the support of Steve Bratcher. Also present were Fritz Springmeier and Cisco Wheeler who lectured and sold their books. Unfortunately Cisco and Fritz had to shut their booth down on the last day as someone objected to the content of their books. I understand that they held their last talk in the bar of the Sheraton. Steve Bratcher was apparently very apologetic but there was little he could do. I recently did a long, long, radio talk show. Unfortunately about an hour before I was due to speak via my home telephone, a helicopter flew over my apartment and I heard a strange tapping noise. When I was later called to speak, despite several tries, the phone transmissions were muffled and I could not be heard. I had to leave my apartment and go to an all-night restaurant and use the pay phone! This worked surprisingly well. Naturally, the helicopter and the muffled voice could have been cooincidence, but under the less than charming circumstances in which I find myself, I have some serious doubts.

I view these as constructive efforts on a relatively small scale to try to draw attention to an enormously dangerous and utterly evil problem. The response to this of our countrymen has unfortunately been less than heroic. I have not become a pessimist, but I do see that a much, much greater effort will have to be made on our parts, and I'm confident that we will rise to the occasion as will they. Regards,
