Dr. Eldon Byrd has sent me two images of the tentative schedule for the US Psychotronics Association conference at Columbus Ohio, July 17-19, 1998.
Most of you know that he and Ross Adey (along with others like Jose Delgado) are credited with doing the original research that spawned the weapons now being used on us. (Dr. Byrd claims "not guilty", and I am in favour of letting that stand - he may well have no connection with the spooks who torture us.)
At any rate, Dr. Byrd will be sending me a set of updated images of the final brochure. Unfortunately his scanner didn't quite catch the right hand edge of the brochures, but most of the info is there.

Isn't this consorting with the enemy? I'm sure there will be some guilty parties there, but why worry about that? The idea is not to persuade their huge egos that we are being harassed (you won't be able to) but to make contacts.
Be pleasant, accept their cockamamie ideas like we are victims of electromagnetic allergies and polter- geists - just let those words go in one ear and out the other.
By making pleasant contacts, it may be possible to sway them later on, and there's nothing we need more than for some of these scientists to come on side with us.
Look: When I started talking about this at work and with my doctor and the police, I was labelled a nut. But by a couple of years of remaining polite and focussing only on what has been published (which at this time is a lot) and focussing on our MKULTRA "heritage", I have succeeded in persuading many people that this is going on.
Those people don't jump into the fray to help, both because it doesn't affect them right now and some are afraid of drawing the spooks' fire, but they do actually believe me. (It's hard not to, given the incredible amount of sabotage that goes on all the time.)
Last week a local magazine editor interviewed me and said he found my story believeable because:
The magazine sent a photographer to my apt. yesterday and he took an hour's worth of photos.
A local paper editor responded to a very short note (see below my signature) which suggested a link between the teen shootings and MC with a request for a press kit - we all know that doesn't happen very often!
I can't afford to go, and still do things like build a demo acoustic weapon, but if I could possibly go I would. I would be pleasant, and appear geniuinely interseted in their "BS" theories.
Then: I would gradually begin to send them updates as they happen, gently trying to per- suade them we are not facing "allergies" or "poltergeists".
We all know that it often just takes time for evidence to sink in, so I would let the scientists have their time.
Listen - these scientists can be persuaded, given patience and showing respect for their ideas. You don't have to agree with them - just keep giving hints verbally and with body language that you consider them special and well qualified in their fields.
It's not real easy to do that, but it is not impossible either.
I urge any who can to attend that conference and start the contact and persuasion process.
