Anyone have problems with a password for the Service Center, do the following:

Locate your Mot98pps.ini file (it may be hidden, so change your settings to
Show All"). Your directory should be something like
(C:\PROGRAMF\MOTOROLA\MOT98PPS).

Open the ini file with whatever text editor, Notepad, or whatever.

It should look something like...

simply change whatever is in...
[Service Center]
Password=[??????????] <--- theses brackets

to YLZMAN1OB6

i.e.
[Service Center]
Password=[YLZMAN1OB6]

This will remove the current password, and allow you to leave it blank, or set
your own password.
