The Usurper Usurps	Pamela Geller, over at Atlas Shrugs, is deeply deeply troubled by Obama's latest political gambit. He is removing the Decennial Census from the Commerce Department and moving it to the White House. Bear in mind that Obama has allocated one billion dollars in the porkulous package for the already automatically funded census taking. It was the intent of the framers of the this great country (the first census after the American Revolution was taken in 1790 under Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson) to keep the census out of partisan hands. This move by the ACORN organizer and current President seems a deliberate violation of the Constitution. And yes, I think his ACORN days (illegal voter registrations etc) and the gaming of the Census data are tied. Bruce Chapman, Director of the Census from 1981 to '83 in the Reagan Administration, writes: "Everyone knows that it is possible to organize a Decennial Census in a way that benefits one party or another politically. One way to effectuate this otherwise unpalatable departure from the Census Bureau's two hundred year history of non-partisanship is to put the Bureau administratively under direction of the politicos in the White House. In reality that would be a sure invitation to cook the books on the highly consequential count of Americans." It is the Decennial Census that determines the makeup of the U. S. Congress. How much do you want to bet that all the ACORN workers who committed voter registration fraud will be Obama's census takers? After all, they're already trained and dedicated to the Obamamessiah. And, it is not just Commerce that gets this treatment. It is all Cabinet Departments. Obama is on record saying he thinks the existing Cabinet organization is outmoded. He has carved the White House up into a rabbit warren and is installing a variety of czars, special assistants, and "team leaders ' in the West Wing for the issues he cares about. He views the Cabinet Secretaries as administrators, not makers of important policy. He is simply consolidating power in the White House, like any good "beloved leader," and he's only been in the office for 19 days. We ain't seen nothin' yet.
To Congressman Mike Rogers	A copy of an email you sent to a constituent was forwarded to me. Your message was in reply to this individual's concern that Barack Obama did not meet the "natural born citizen" requirements of the Constitution of the United States of America, Article II, Section 1. Your response: "On October 31, 2008, the Department of Health for the State of Hawaii confirmed that Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. Therefore, Barack Obama is eligible to be President of the United States under Article II Section 1 of the United States Constitution." ...is factually incorrect, since the Department of Health for the State of Hawaii NEVER, EVER confirmed any such thing. Here is the full text of Governor Lingle's and director Fukino's statement: "There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai'i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures. "No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai'i." As you can see, your understanding of the facts in this statement are incorrect. Further, you display a shocking ignorance of the Constitution of the United States of America, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, the 14th Amendment, Section 1, and the relevant federal law under U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), and Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325 (1939). In the law, there are three categories of citizen: natural born citizen, citizen and native born citizen. This chart demonstrates the requirements for each. A natural born citizen must be born "in the US mainland" of "TWO PARENTS" that are both US citizens, and Obama's father was a Kenyan -- ergo, he's not a "natural born citizen" -- but I suspect you really know that anyway. I urge you to review it to understand your personal complicity in supporting the occupancy of the Oval Office by an usurper. Just Too Sweet	Shepard Fairey, the controversial street artist riding a roller coaster of publicity with his red, white, and blue posters of Obama, was arrested last night on his way to DJ an event kicking off his exhibition at the Institute of Contemporary Art. Fairey, a 38-year-old known for his countercultural style, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and was being held at a police station, according to a police official with knowledge of the arrest who requested anonymity. Police could not describe the nature of the outstanding warrants last night, but said they were based in Massachusetts. Fairey, who proudly displayed a Soviet hammer and sickle flag in his home, has been arrested at least 14 times.
