THE PICTURE DX BULLETIN No 1  01 June 1996

* TR8DF, Dimitri, showed some nice pictures from Africa. He runs 
JVFAX software. QSL direct to BP 8000 Libreville GABON or via 
buro to F5SWB.

* 5B4MD, Georges, showed up at 14233 with a CQ picture! QSL via 
POBOX 609 Nicosia Cyprus or via buro.

* KH6AT, Bryce, continues to be very active on the 20M SSTV 
frequencies. He has a very good signal into Europe. Look for him 
in the European mornings!

* HC5K, Ted, is the only SSTV station in Ecuador. Ted runs the 
new WINPIX PRO software and is looking every evening for European 
contacts!

* HB0HTA, YVO, brings Liechtenstein on the air in SSTV. Very 
nice pictures from one of the small EU countries! Look for him 
on 20 meters! 

* Summertime, SPORADIC E time ! I am daily sending CQ pictures 
on or around 28680 but so far not to much response! Nevertheless 
10M SSB and CW have been plenty of activity! Why do we all try to 
send our pictures on a few kc's in the 20 meter band while the 
10M band gives us a sea of space to send pictures in VHF 
quality??? So far I worked DL,I,CT,EA,OZ on 10M....SEE U ON 10?

* The new GSHPC 2.0 version has in some cases a bug inside. It 
gives problems with the reception. If you have problems please 
contact DL4SAW, he has in the meantime version 2.01 ready 
without this problems!

* The new MSCAN 2.10 version seems to become more and more 
popular. It works now also with modems from other manufacturers 
and you can take audio also from the TxD pin now! For more info
