Invert.exe is a simple speech inversion
decoder.  

	The usage is very simple: "Start" starts the
speech inverter, "Stop" stops it.  The inversion point
is adjusted using the slider control.  Be aware that
the output is always one buffer behind the input so
that the slider control has a effect that is delayed
by about half a second.

	Requirements are a 32 bit windows environment
and a full duplex sound card.
