Foil is sort of a macro for Netscape. When it is ran it causes
Netscape to keep downloading the same page over and over again.
"Why would I want to do this?" you might ask. Two reasons: 1. It
can be amusing to run Web Page counters up to astronomical
heights, and 2. If you victim pays money for every Megabyte that
is downloaded from his Web acount you can run up his bill (of
corses I don't encourage such activity:)).

To run Foil follow the following formula (If I had said "steps" it
would be too easy to say):

          1. Load Netscape and take it to the Web Page you want to hit.

          2. Load Foil and click on the "Start" button. You may want to
change the delay between reloads to do the maximum damage
possible. Make it close to the amount of time it will take for the
          Web Page to download.

          3. Make Netscape the active window. Foil will start to make it
automatically use the "Reload" option of the browser.

          4. Sit back and watch the carnage.

               Have fun and Good Luck,
                                         The Grenadier
