Further, each illustration will clearly dismiss the contention that all imagery is the work of nature or an over active imagination. It is not the purpose of this presentation to explore in complete detail the artifact. Such an effort would require years of research and volumes of documentation. This is a brief presentation that brings to the public awareness a true wonder of the world. Because of the limitation of small file sizes for the saving of download time this photographic exhibit must use low resolution Gif file format. The quality of the photographs will be affected, however it is my opinion that the viewer will have a fair representation of the phenomena exhibited by the artifact. It is highly recommended that the artifact be viewed with high resolutions 24 bit Tiff file format or actual photographs. Dealing with the visual plane one can certainly agree that the subjectivity of one's imagination can play tricks on the eyes and mind. When we were children we have all experienced looking up at a cloud and seeing imaginary dragons, fish or anything else our imaginations could conjure. This attribute of the human imagination is called the Rorschach syndrome. The Rorschach syndrome is named after the Rorschach test that is a psychological projective test of personality. The subject uses their imagination and interprets ten standard abstract ink blot designs. The results are analyzed as a measure of their emotional and intellectual functioning and integration. The artifact will draw controversy and many attempts will be made to dismiss it as nothing more than a product of the Rorschach syndrome. Keep in mind that the translucent gemstone material that the pictographs are carved into is extremely hard. In fact, it 's hardness is measured close to a diamonds! The angles and depth of the lines appearing in the stone's surface that create the pictographs can be scientifically proved to be the work of intelligence and not nature. I have prepared this photographic exhibition with the use of a Leica camera equipped with a macro lens. To assist in the visualization of certain pictographs I have used computer enhancement of contrast and equidensities. No image has been artificially constructed or created by the computer and all enhanced images can be verified by existing photographs. Keep in mind that this is an ancient gemstone that has experienced weathering from both the eons of time and the natural elements. The outward appearance of the artifact at first glance is very unimpressive as it appears as just another rock. The stone's surface is pitted and worn and any obvious evidence of intelligent alterations is not evident to an untrained eye. In order to illustrate the extraordinary properties of this ancient wonder it is necessary to take an inventory of its characteristics and phenomena. Characteristics and Phenomena 1)The Artifact is an ancient image projector: The appearance of the artifact dramatically changes when light of different colors and intensities are passed though it. When light is passed through the stone it illuminates and projects pictographs of animals, humans, humanoids and saucer-like objects. 2) The Artifact is as large as a humans closed fist: The size of the artifact restricts the use of macro photography. A leica 35mm camera has been used with a macro lens to clearly capture and document the pictographs and other intelligent alterations. 3) The entire surface of the Artifact has been "worked": The complete surface of the Artifact is permeated with thousands of carved and inscribed micro-images. An area the size of a dime may have as many as 10 images inscribed within it. 4) A larger pictograph is the sum of many smaller pictographs: The pictographs are like a rubics cube of images that are interwoven into each other. To an untrained observer the artifact's surface appears as nothing more than a collage of intersecting lines. 5) The artifact exhibits a multi-layered plane of images: The artifact appears to be composed of multi-layers of pictographs. Each layer of images becomes visible to the human eye by adjusting different variables of focusing levels and ranges of light intensity. 6) Pictographs change in shape and form (polymorphic): The shape and form of an image can change and become another image (polymorphing) through the alterations of lighting, focusing, angle levels. The refractory properties of the gemstone are used to give the pictographs a transitional effect. 7) The Artifact projects 3-dimensional images: When intense light is projected through certain areas of the Artifact 3-dimensional images are projected. For a gemstone to be "cut" in such a manner as to actual project a 3-dimensional image is an unknown stone cutter's skill! 8) Pictographs are "painted" within the gemstone surface: Areas of the gemstone exhibit images that appear to have been painted within the stone's surface. An example of this "painted" technique is found in the glass blowers craft where one colored glass is fussed with another colored glass under extreme heat. This technique allows the glass blower the ability to create different colors, patterns, shapes, or designs within the blown glass material. These characteristics and phenomena will be used as referencing tools throughout the viewing of the Artifact. The work of this presentation will set forth the proof that this gemstone is the product of an extraordinary intelligence. Through the use of empirical data you will discover that this intelligence had a complex and intimate understanding of the refractory properties of the gemstone's material that far exceeds human comprehension. The most important aspect of this viewing will be your personal discovery that this is an ancient book of pictures and symbols. The ancient authors of this book devoted an inconceivable amount of time, technology and effort to preserve their knowledge. Use and develop your universal language skills. Artifact #5 is the last segment of the "Artifact series." This last segment will reveal to you compelling evidence that this is indeed a genuine extraterrestrial Artifact..
