This will built for Linux. The libfaim we used can be downloaded 
from http://jgo.local.net/libfaim. This proof-of-concept code is 
virtually identical to the previous one. The only things that
have changed are:
1. EBP/EIP offsets
2. AddGameRequest to AddExternalApp
3. TLV type from 0x2711 to anything > 0x2711
