COMPLAINT FORM
ALLEGATION
We, the Mayor's Committee on Community and Race Relations, have reasonable
grounds for believing that Ernst Zundel is discriminating against persons
or groups of persons on the grounds of race, religion, national or ethnic
origin, by placing on the World Wide Web (W.W.W.) messages which are likely
to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt by reason of the fact
that that person or those persons are identifiable on the basis of a prohibited
ground of discrimination, contrary to section 13(1) of the Canadian Human
Rights Act.
PARTICULARS
From October 10, 1995, and continuing, a Homepage on the W.W.W. offered
by Ernst Zundel, 206 Carlton Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 2L1, has repeatedly
provided a full text of several pamphlets, including, "Did Six Million
Really Die?" the full text of the publication :66 Questions and Answers
on the Holocaust", the full text of an article, "Jewish Soap",
and at least ten other documents, which we believe are likely to expose
persons of the Jewish faith and ethnic origin to hatred and contempt. Attached
to this complaint form are examples of the messages available on the Homepage.
