Please note the Zündel trial is set down to continue on
5 April 2006 at 2 p.m.
The judgment against Legal Counsel Sylvia Stolz, preventing
her from resuming her legal defence activities, is still subject to an
appeal.

Liebe Ingrid!
Vor einer halben Stunde rief Herr RA Dr. Schaller, Wien, an
und teilte mir mit, daß der Prozeß bereits am kommenden Mittwoch, 5. April,
14Uhr, fortgesetzt werden soll, obwohl das Urteil des Oberlandsgerichts
Karlsruhe in Sachen RAin Sylvia Stolz noch keine Rechtskraft hat.
Man hofft wohl auf eine Eilentscheidung des
Bundesgerichtshofs bis Mittwoch.
Die weiteren Termine - zeitliche Änderungen wie
