T200/T250 short programming

For the T250, use the MODE key instead of the END key
  1. With the phone in the off position, press/hold the END key
  2. When the backlight illuminates, input 6972815 (there will be no sound or display)
  3. Release the END key
  4. NAM 1 will be displayed on the screen
  5. Enter the phone number and press ENTER
  6. Enter the System ID (SID) and press ENTER
  7. Enter the Security Code and press ENTER
  8. Press END to save the changes (Writing NAM will be displayed on the screen)
  9. The phone will automatically power-up and will be ready to place and receive calls

To enter the long program, enter 6972814.

  1. With the phone in the off position, press/hold the END key
  2. When the backlight illuminates, input 6972814
  3. Select 1 for NAM1 Only
  4. Enter the phone number and press ENTER (for a parameter value that does not need to be changed, press ENTER)
  5. Enter the SID and press the ENTER
  6. Enter the Security Code and press the ENTER
  7. Set Ext. Address to ON
  8. Enter the MCC value
  9. Enter the IPCH primary
  10. Enter the IPCH second
  11. Enter the FCCA
  12. Enter the LCCA
  13. Enter the FCCB
  14. Enter the LCCB
  15. Enter the FCCA2
  16. Enter the LCCA2
  17. Enter the FCCB2
  18. Enter the LCCB2
  19. Enter the ACCOLC
  20. A-Key Input (set to OFF)

Diagnostic mode

    With the phone in the off position, press/hold the END key When the backlight illuminates, input 0944635 (there will be no sound or display) Release the END key The program ROM version will be displayed, and the phone will now accept commands as follows:

Self-diagnosis

A POST (power on self-test) is performed each time the phone is powered on. If an error occurs one of the following errors will be displayed.

CHECK 4       |  RF power status did not achieve lock
