The case of the San Andres Default began when gay Private Investigator Steve Rombom got a multi-million dollar judgment against me for calling him a convicted terrorist, a snitch on Jewish militants and someone who spent almost a decade in mental institutions. What did I base these charges on? Court documents given to me by mistake at the Federal Records Depository in Bayonne, New Jersey. These documents should have been sealed, but somebody bozofied. The judge did not allow me to enter them in as evidence as they were the fruit of a poisoned tree. The jury found me guilty because I could make no reference to or submit as exhibits these smoking gun documents. A civil judgment could not prevent me from posting the documents in question and putting up some new facts that we learned about Steve Rombom that shocked even us. Judge Theodore "Transit Union Buster" Jones said I would be held in contempt if I posted the facts he found libelous but it didn't matter because a mess of new stuff surfaced on Rombom such as his arrest at a hackers convention for impersonating an FBI Agent. Anyone who looked up Rombom on the internet came across this information and hopefully didn't hire this sleazebag. Rombom figured he would seize the URLs where the information about him appeared as assets and stop the dissemination of this information in that fashion. Dig this - In his early pleadings Rombom attorney Gary Kurtz erroneously believed that by seizing the URLS he would get the files on the server and purge any information about Rombom from it. They wanted to end my freedom of speech.
After other attempts had failed in another branch of Los Angeles Superior Court Rombom and Kurtz cherry-picked a venue and cherry-picked a judge and the case ended up in Beverly Hills, where everything is tilted in favor of celebrity. It's like I am a garbologist. I am hated by celebrities because I go through their garbage and invade their privacy. I invented the journalistic technique known as garbology and I am credited for doing so in a opinion of the United States Supreme Court. Even a recent episode of Monk had a celebrity stalker played by Sarah Silverman going through Monk's trash! So it came as no surprise that Judge Lisa Hart Cole who presides over a court located within the Beverly Hills Zip Code, took a disliking to me from the get go. Superior Court judge Lisa Hart Cole is pro-celebrity. She dismissed a warrant issued by another judge calling for the arrest of Courtney Love after she missed a court appearance. She presides over numerous celebrity cases. As a result of this dislike for the defendant Weberman, Judge Cole took on the role of CENSOR and was able to shut down garbology.com and other websites without affording me due process of the law.
Judge Hart Cole was taken aback by the content of my Steve Rombom website because I reprinted a blog from the Washington Post that stated Steve Rombom is connected to a group of people under investigation for child molestation.
Dennis King, whose website dennisking.org was hosted by the same webserver as my websites, and was registered under my name because of a clerical error, was also deprived of his property without due process of law. "July 27, 2007 (LPAC)--In response to an article written by London's Dennis King entitled "Lyndon LaRouche and the Art of Inducing Suicide," Lyndon LaRouche asked: "Is Dennis King planning suicide?" LaRouche continued: "Dennis would do almost anything, even suicide, just to get attention from those influentials who have become bored by news of his continued existence.
"After all, it is not as if the poor schnook were a member of the human species, but possibly a distant relative of Al Gore by way of a common opossum ancestor.
"LaRouche said that he is not going to pay any attention to his suicide. He is not going to encourage him or stop him. He won't waste his efforts to stop him. It is a hopeless cause. He is morally already dead. He is an empty carcass without a soul. His soul, if there ever was one, has long since departed. LaRouche also said that he is not going to send flowers to the funeral. The flowers wouldn't appreciate it. He wouldn't even think of sending flowers to the funeral of someone whose soul has long since departed."
Dennis cannot understand why Judge Cole would allow the seizure of the website of an innocent third party who has no judgment against him. Dennis, however, can understand Judge Cole's aversion to the JDO (Jewish Defense Organization) website assuming Judge Cole is a Hollywood liberal. Dennis speculates that if the judge is a Jewish jurist she might not appreciate the JDO's idea that Jews should have guns for self defense and train in their use. There is strong language about smashing Nazis rather than simply going to law enforcement and the judiciary on the JDO website. Does Judge Cole believe that Jews defending themselves is a form of vigilantism?
Judge Cole has multiple reasons to dislike AJ Weberman. No one had to influence or bribe Judge Cole to abandon her judicial role and take on that of a prosecutor and A GOVERNMENT CENSOR. Chances are she did it entirely voluntarily. On the other hand it is also possible she worked on other cases with Kurtz or had a mutual friend who put in a bad word for me.
If the websites at issue in this lawsuit had been Nazi or KKK websites - or LaRouche crypto-Nazi websites - the ACLU and the Hollywood liberal judiciary would have vigilantly championed the First Amendment rights of the website owners. But to the likes of Judge Cole, activists who fight against anti-Semitism are a threat to the false sense of safety within the Los Angeles Jewish community and should be squelched without regard to due process.
Judge Lisa Hart Cole and her clerk Erin St. Andres worked hand in hand with Gary Kurtz to violate the California Constitution as well as that of the United States of America by orchestrating court hearings so that I would be deprived of my intellectual property without due process of law. Now websites that I invented such as garbology.com are in Rombom's hands. How was this travesty of justice accomplished? Kurtz got a a default judgment against me based on a false summons which alledged I had 30 days to answer the amended complaint rather than the 40 which is allowed when one is served out of State. After 30 days Kurtz moved for a default judgment. The Court Clerk, L. Nettles issued a default based on the 30-day figure and Judge's clerk, Erin St. Andres, filed it. Although it is difficult to find fault with someone named St. Andres, Erin was well aware I was an out of state defendant as she had recommended I use court call to appear at hearings. She was well versed in the California Code of Civil Proceedure. But she never said or did a thing. Whenever I called as a pro se defendant to get information about this case Erin mislead me. She advised me not to file another motion to vacate the default judgment as Lisa Hart Cole was going to dismiss the charges against me at a September 11, hearing. The Judge also read the pleadings and did not throw them out of court as being prima facia faulty. Cole knew all along that I had not defaulted. These 3 court officers did not just fall off a turnip truck, they knew of the 40-day rule but went along with Kurtz because the word was out to screw me. How did I find out about the 40 day rule? When I called for another hearing on my Vacate Default Judgment Motion one of Kurtz's pleadings stated that I had not given him enough notice as out of state notice for a hearing required 40 days. I checked the law and found it also applied to summonses and I had 40 days to answer the summons, not 30. I drafted a Motion To Vacate the Default Judgment. Eventually the judge issued this tentative ruling since she discovered that the 30-day-scam to rip me off would not work any longer.

Also, it should be noted that entry of the default was sought one day early. The amended complaint was served on 2/10/07 (POS shows mailed copy only) and the response was due by 3/22/07 (30 days plus 10 for service outside California; February has only 28 days). Judge Cole knew that the right thing to do was try to case on its merits but she made a conscious decision to do the wrong thing - to railroad this defendant. In my view this makes her evil and dangerous. Cole knew all along I did not default. If a judge has evidence that a Defendant is innocent should she keep it from him? Didn't see ever hear of Brady v. Maryland? I got no justice - just ice. Dig the last line of her tentative ruling - Judge Cole gave Kurtz a hint on how to screw me. This tentative ruling was followed by a hearing at which it was to be suggested that the report of the receiver stated that the intellectual property in question had been turned over to a buyer in China mooted my Motion to Vacate A Default Judgment since the transaction was a fate accompli. When I told Judge Cole that I was still in control of the URLs this plan to screw me became useless so she suspended the hearing and continued it over to September 11, 2007. By doing this she kept the illegal Default Judgment in place and gave Kurtz more time to seize my property. Other judges would have issued a TRO. I kept thinking to myself, "The minute Cole heard that I still had control of those domains she ended the hearing!" It became clear to me that she was in league with Kurtz to deprive me of due process and steal these domain names. I filed this motion after I realized I was being railroaded.
What happened at that September 11th Hearing was a travesty of justice. The day before the Hearing Rombom was given the key code to the url jdo.org, the website of the Jewish Defense Organization. But the other websites were still in my control but were going fast. Kurtz made a motion to dismiss the charges against me. Judge Cole granted Kurtz's motion to dismiss the charges against me with prejudice then ruled that this made the motion to vacate the default judgment moot. She also gave Kurtz more time to seize the other URLs. She could have denied his motion and told him that my property had been taken without due process of law and that the legal proceedure must continue. So there you have it. My property was seized based on a non-existent illegal default judgment, afterwhich every document generated was the fruit of a poisonous tree. There was plenty of time to remedy the situation but the judge was in cohoots with Rombom's attorney and stretched things out so the Default remained in place until the intellectual property was seized. The most telling part of this hearing was when the judge said "Mr. Kurtz has dismissed the case" rather than "Mr. Kurtz has moved for dismissal" because in her mind she was one of Kurtz's fellow prosecutors and I was the defendant. Or perhaps she subconsciously felt she had turned over her judicial powers to Gary? Whatever, it was a Freudian slip. When I protested about what transpired in open court Cole advised, consult with an attorney because "you might have a legal action." I might have a legal action? She made it sound like Kurtz orchestrated the whole thing and I should go after him. He could not have done it without her connivence. If I file a legal action it would be against Judge Cole, St. Andres, Kurtz and Rombom!
It was Kurtz's goal from the get go to get me to default. Gary Kurtz continued to mail his pleadings to my mail drop at 318 - 3rd Ave despite the fact that I asked him to mail them to my home address. I even authored a motion asking Judge Cole to compell him to send it to a street address in accordance with the California Rules of Civil Proceedure. I am appealing this injustice. I mailed in my Notice of Appeal. About a week later I checked the docket sheet for this case and found there was no entry. I then called Erin StAndres and asked her if she received it. She said that she had but the judge had been on vacation so it had not been mailed out. She said I had addressed it to the judge but I had addressed it to her. But this is purely a clerical matter. She said she would forward it to Sacramento. Had I not called it would have just remained in Beverly Hills. I suggested she look at lisahartcole.com because she was mentioned in it.
The facts in this purely proceedural case are quite clear when a tangible asset such as a car is involved. For example say someone is in the process of seizing an automobile on the basis of a default judgment that was requested as a result of an accounting error but the Judgment Creditor has not located it and it is still in the possession of the Judgment Debtor. The error is brought to the judge's attention and the judge tentatively rules the default was invalid and should be vacated but does not do so immediately. Instead the judge keeps the judgment in place until the Judgment Creditor finds the car and seizes it and sells it and it is shipped overseas. After this car is effectively stolen from the Judgment Debtor despite the judge's admission that the default was invalid the judge ends the proceedings by granting the Judgment Creditors motion for dismissal of all civil proceedings against the owner of the automobile. The Judgment Debtor has no longer any standing with the court and the only recourse is appeal. Has the automobile's owner been railroaded? One would think that the judge was getting a cut from the sale of the car! The only cut Judge Cole is getting is the unkindest cut of all.
What type of information has Judge Cole censored? Here is an example of what the JDO does:
NEW YORK (AP) - Columbia University said it does not plan to call off a speech by Iran's president despite pressure from critics including the City Council speaker, who said the Ivy League school was providing a forum for "hate-mongering vitriol." Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is traveling to New York to address the United Nations' General Assembly. He was to appear Monday at a question-and-answer session with Columbia faculty and students as part of the school's World Leaders Forum. The State Department calls Iran a state sponsor of terror, and Ahmadinejad has called the Holocaust "a myth" and urged for Israel to be destroyed. City Council speaker Christine Quinn called Thursday for the university to rescind the invitation, saying "the idea of Ahmadinejad as an honored guest anywhere in our city is offensive to all New Yorkers." Quinn, a Democrat, said Ahmadinejad was coming to the city "for one reason - to spread his hate-mongering vitriol on the world stage." His planned appearance at Columbia also was condemned by Jewish groups including the Jewish Defense Organization, which described Ahmadinejad as "the Hitler of Iran." Columbia spokesman Robert Hornsby said Thursday there was no plan to cancel the appearance, though the university dropped plans for an Ahmadinejad speech last year because of security and logistical problems. The decision came after a Jewish activist group expressed outrage over the invitation.
Not since Fatty Arbuckle inserted himself into American history and OJ committed a double murder has there been a Hollywood scandal of the magnitude of the Phil Spector affair. Here is an open and shut case of murder - since Lana Clarkson wouldn't have sex with this maggot he put a gun barrel in her mouth. Because he has palsy and shakes the gun went off. Spector goes out and tells his chauffer he thinks he killed someone. Anyone who believes Clarkson committed suicide or the the chauffer's English was bad is rationalizing for star worship. Yet a Los Angeles jury was deadlocked and Phil walked away from the courtroom a free man. By the time the new trial is over and all his appeals have been exhausted he will probably be dead of natural causes. Celebrities are held to a different standard of justice by juries than the rest of us. Not only that people in show biz are afraid of reprisals if they report their crimes. If they get on the wrong side of Hollywood their careers could go down the tubes. The women who said that Spector had pulled guns on them in the past were afraid to go to the press with the story lest people like Joan Rivers put an end to their career.
Since Judge Cole is a civil judge, she does not have the chance to cut celebrities loose that often but she plays a minor role in creating the atmosphere in Beverly Hills and Hollywood that allows the Phil Spectors to fester. I have seen this for myself in the manner in which I was treated. Her job is to keep Beverly Hills a hospitable town for celebrities as celebrities pay her salary. If Spector was a litigant in her court she would have been prejudiced in his favor. When I met Spector I almost pushed him out a window for attacking my wife. If not for the radiator protruding under the glass Lana Clarkson might still be alive.
Not only did Judge Cole aid Lyndon LaRouche she also helped Gary Kurtz, who sent out his entire email list of clients to the JDO by not making it a BCC. Kurtz was sending out his new cell phone number to his friends having gotten threatening messages on his previous cellphone number which was a number he obtained to avoid getting threatening text messages to begin with. Kurtz had responded to a JDO email and the JDO email address automatically went into his address book.
It's not often you get a look at a lawyers client list but having done so I must say that it comes as some surprise that Judge Cole is in cahoots with a lowlife of this nature. She must really be dumb to overlook the true nature of Kurtz. Armed with Kurtz's email and client list I found a pattern of corruption that needs investigating by the California Attorney General's Office. Among those Kurtz is in communication with are corrupt civil judges and members of institutions that are supposed to oversee nursing homes, old age homes etc. His clients are nursing home owners with outstanding violations. These scum create subhuman conditions for old people, in this case old Jewish people, who are too infirm to complain and might as well be living in death camps. The case of Bernard Bergman in the mid-1970s comes to mind. It was a prime example of this since it involved a businessman accused of tax fraud in his nursing homes, as well as allegations that he was keeping his patients living in inhumane squalor. Kurtz is the scum that fixes cases so that more old people can suffer or die. Gary Kurtz has been reported to be involved in a nursing home scam with "Bobby" Last Name Unknown.
