You can link to information using http.
You can link to other things RCE related. IE; plugins etc.

You shall not link to a program that is not your own. IE; no progs you are trying to RE.
You shall not link to a ready made crack.

Small "technical" correction. The "original" quote was:

"Read the BIG RED LETTERS".

We have to make sure the historical record is correct, because one never knows how it might ultimately be used. Take, for instance, this casual response used on the Exetools Forum which the recipient liked so much he added it to his own signature:

"The Deity gave you both eyes with which to see and a mind with which to inquire. Please try to use both. Have you even tried searching for this?? There is actually a search button at the top of the Forums. Use it effectively"

I was just teasing and my comment was directed at Woody. And indeed I believe it was his idea to put the statement in RED at the top of the Forums, although it had appeared there for some time. No apology was, or is needed and we are happy to have members reminding members of the proper way to proceed. I was just having some fun with which parts of the "quote" attributed to me should have been in RED, nothing else. Some times I write it as just "you apparently haven't paid attention to the BIG RED LETTERS at the top of the Forums." Whatever works for those who are so anxious for instant gratification that can't take time to try to help themselves.

It's "Official" policy around here, that dELTA is not allowed to have any "ideas," or at lease not receive any credit for them, until he is substantially older. Of course, by then, we'll be too old to remember to give him credit.

Yeah, about that policy, I've been wondering who the hell came up with that?! At least I guess I can't be blamed for it, since it's policy not to give me credit for anything. Hmm, or come to think about it, maybe there was some subclause about it being fully legal to give me the blame for things, (even those I really wasn't responsible for), as long as it isn't anything positive?
