When someone first registers, thisone is classified as a "Registered User." Registered Users have no general rights to the FTP and cannot download attachments in the posts. However, after 3 postings (assuming the post don't get deleted by yourself) user becomes a "Trial Member" status. Trial Members have privileges of attachment download and access to the FTP for "Upload and List". "Download access" to the FTP is the only part that requires "10 posts of some substance". Be advised that as anyone gets close to "10 posts", I review *ALL* of their posts to determine whether any existing post should be deleted as "post count spam".
