Division of Neuroscience

The Medical School

Introduction:

From 1 August 1998 the Medical School has been reorganised into 6 Divisions, including Neuroscience. This is the Home Page for our new Division and we will try to keep it up to date over the next few months while the new structure "beds in". The Division is key member of the Neuroscience Consortium in Birmingham.

WWR34.gifAt the meeting of 7 Sept, about 60 members of the Division heard short presentations from the Management Committee. The essential message is that this is an open Division - all members of the Division have a voice and should feel free to let us know what you think. The first point of contact should be your Departmental representative on the management committee, but you can also use the E-mail links on the Research and (eventually) Teaching pages to contact those committees directly.

We agreed to hold an open meeting for all members once per term. The Consortium Awayday is on Monday 14th
