My name is David W. Roscoe. I was born in 1953.

In late November 2001 I noticed some strange and unpleasant new problems in my life. I had difficulty relaxing, was not sleeping well, and noticed a high pitched hiss in my ears. In the next couple of weeks the problems became worse. I could get almost no work done.

On 2001 Dec 11, I moved out of my apartment and went to my parents' house. For one day the problems were gone. At my parents' house I had a long and restful sleep overnight, and worked productively the next day.

But that was my last excellent night's sleep. The problems resumed the next night. Since that time they have increased in variety and intensity, and they continue today.

I concluded that I was being psychotronicly harassed because I am a whistleblower. With Project Media Matrix and it's Web site, I document various evil acts and how information about them is controlled and hidden from us. I immediately began documenting Psychotronics on my Web site. It eventually become the biggest section of the site.
