Mr David Hoi Yeung Lee, age 34, male, parents; genetically Chinese.
Born: May 1962 in Hong Kong, South East Asia. Age of five taken to the UK in Europe.
Infant school , School and University in Aberdeen, Scotland. BSc in Pure science (more on University later). Joined family business. 1990 return to Hong Kong for nearly 2 years as research assistant decided on business rather than research /teaching, Re-entered UK in 1992. Since and now in family business.
Brief Story
Gradually in 1994 winter I heard voices, at first I thought they were from the garden next door, or someone up above in building. However they increased in clarity and vocabulary during that winter.
I looked for bugging devices in my home and at my business, found none. Then a spell of incapacitation where deep/stronger entraining hypnosis radiation was emitted, the amount of radiation was greatest probably then, I closed my business and my father rented it out. After this panic period, confusion, incapacitation period during which I believed my death would shortly result. I spent some time listening and trying to disrupt the radiated signal, They coherently try persuasion to an experimental surveillance device, death (individual removal service) of God or of State removal of a category of citizen, Alien manipulation of human life and experimentation, endless other stories to be thought provoking. A comprehensive library of confusion state, panic state, pondering state, brain transient ischaemic state, shock state, disbelieve state, disregard state: -patterns of brain potentials as recordable by electromagnetic radiation. Thus this library can be refined and reinserted via this same method to other people, is this the actual purpose ?. A spell where I thought of escape by geographic change, I drove to Edinburgh, to England, to Northern Europe (France, Belgium, Holland). I was followed by other planes in a flight over Eastern Europe to Turkey, probably military planes and I guess a small conflict of NATO/Warsaw pact airspace air forces. With a rented car in Turkey I drove extensively trying to scare them with Soviet and Middle East proximity, I got a suntan and a low level fly by, by a pair of F18 Hornets. The only F18s being USN from carrier, the mighty US Sixth Fleet of Mediterranean and a somewhat miserable holiday and look around Turkey. On return home I started books, scientific journals and computer Internet searches for this technology ; which I found does not exist in civilian literature. By now it was late summer 1995. With the invisibility and unbelievability blocking all efforts to recognize this event from a governmental, police or military view. It seems that the only people who knows of events is this organization, their classified version from this projection of consciousness device is the only version that the controlling intelligence organization has available. Planes crash in UK and in USA at a high level of attrition, some I suspect are removal of other intelligence people and this therefore is a maneuvering for power. I include a record of observed planes undoubtedly others are not seen by me. A book printed of similar technology (HAARP), but not this system details a human anomalous phenomena relevant to these entrainment frequencies and this SDI derived technology. I now am working, still unsure of this device and it's microwave heating effects, I have found others, mostly in the USA who are also in similar state and try to communicate with them, however I seem to be the only live scanner in the UK, another is on silent or microwave burning but no vocal/ brain patterning according to his story. Microwave is the obvious radiation, however the ability to be sensitive to them in London in the deepest tube underground points to the use of ELF Earth searching tomography, of an advanced electronic, SDI derived source. Satellite or a HAARP type transmitter, Satellite is my favoured choice with GPS code positioning at the utmost of it's accuracy.
The device is improving in accuracy, severity, the already stored patterns increase flexibility and usability on the LIDA side, the total energy transmitted seems to be finer controlled with less co-lateral effects. However since March or April 1996 planes seem to crash more on US side with less reports in UK side. One thing is certain these people must be using the time to consolidate their position in the secrets world and a status quo of a new equilibrium, in their favour.
Satellite Theory
The question of where the radiation is coming from, is complex. In normal experience one would look to satellite as the unbelievable one. The amount of planes overflying indicates that they have money to blow on this operation, in fact I did not think anything about the planes as there is a flight path to the airport three miles to the west and normal military does not approach civilian centres. Their training areas are far away from here. A Nimrod Mr2 submarine hunter/electronic warfare plane does not fly in the restricted airspace of UK at roof top height. The RAF squadron leader that I phoned was alarmed and requested additional information as to this fact. He said that it is on everyone; a clue and also a cover story. He also stated by letter that space satellites transmitted signals are so weak by the time the reach the earth that they could not be responsible for this problem, he also denied all knowledge further, but has seemed to try an investigative query. Earth searching Tomography does exist for geological purposes. Further information is obviously classified. This technology uses GPS for positioning and there are codes for more accuracy, millimetre accuracy of their electro-potentials is my guess. GLONASS is the soviet equivalent, Both superpowers spend much on this technology, I Interneted GLONASS and found launch dates, failures, time of operation, type, length of time on station operating , an experienced satellite specialist would know if beams, these beams have been failing GLONASS as some have strange periodicity before failing mechanically or due to the Van Allen belts. Similarly with USA satellites, is this part of the secret electronic warfare that would also be secret. The soviet were, before SDI the best with beam and electromagnetic, their computing was however disadvantaged. Suppose covert use of GPS/GLONASS because it was essential to obtain this accuracy: for improvement of a older system, the numbers of satellites required being too large to hide, therefore GPS is open and looking for sales of it's excess redundant capabilities, It is always on and is primarily for military use, $50 billion and near exclusive use of the military shuttle and priority use of one of the civilian shuttles a few years back. Is it that big this is ?, that is how large it could be. If anything approaching this scale is the actual course of events then it is too big now for anyone of us to stop. With the vulnerability of satellites to both superpowers they bring the technology down to Earth: HAARP in Alaska. My letter to them was replied by Phillips Laboratory, 3550 Aberdeen Ave SE, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. Funnily enough the depot of delivery before disappearance of crates bound for the black projects of SR71 Blackbird , U2 spyplane and other Black projects is handled there too. Now to atomic satellites, the size of the Topaz 2 a miniature nuclear reactor of the soviets is a small lorry, technology now sold to USA, did USA due their inability to develop one go for point position phase interference of ELF emissions by satellite i.e. a new form of microwave. Read carefully the words, this microwave also does not exist, but this is what is happening however it actually is being created. This seems to indicate a HAARP type transmitter or a satellite of this sort.
Haarp type ELF radiation seem to be the answer, however they are few and far between, unless there are more smaller Haarps in existence.

3) Evaporation of spilled water from my T shirt, whilst under heavy radiation.
4) Continuous unbroken neurophone contact.
5) Disturbance of radio fixed to produce audio buzz, when infra-red LED beam above, only did this once they seem to have easily produced a counter to this.
6) Infra-red beam seems slightly patchy when shone up/angle, this perhaps is imagination.
Whatever it is, the emission is from above.
On the premise of satellite on geostationary orbit and on 60 degree nidus of remote sensing satellite of neural activity. I flew to Turkey, the trip detailed elsewhere. It was not affected, this also seems to exclude Tromso in Norway producing an ionispheric reflector to a small transmitter on ELF frequencies. What did the soviets want a nuclear reactor in space for anyway ?, it only increased power from 6 Kilowatts to 40 kilowatts
The technology for power transfer from satellite solar panels beaming microwave from space to collectors on the ground was obtainable in theory many years ago, it was not economical as the cure to power crisis of my younger years, these people seem to have picked up this technology
In paradox it may be that it is only possible from high altitude plane, weather balloon, satellite or HAARP transmitter, without certain concrete facts it is impossible to say.
Electronic Disruption
1) Computer microprocessor, affected in specific ways, need to take into consideration, other modules which may not allow successful alteration of computer data.
2) Blackouts in the mains power supply, not happened since the 1980s in this area due to improved auxiliary lines and electronic backup switches.
3) Plane control systems in addition to mind of pilot and the plane onboard microprocessors.
4) Car instruments, Power steering and petrol pump speeds. I now drive the manual car and stop when they speed fuel pump clock speed, same as computer clock speed alteration.
5) TV and video alterations etc..
Time scale
Mind probe/control is not as the average influenced person thinks, he thinks of a person pulling the strings to which are attached the victims actions, like Frankenstein motion. The developed mind control will, boringly not be noticeable except to scanners now. Mass mind control will cover entire tracts of the planet, to induce a higher percentage to behave or believe in a certain approved fashion.
The reason why the system is Global, the reason why it is satellite coverage on all parts of the globe.
An aggressive posture by a country leader can be countered by a long term operation, over months or years to induce greater opposition/ turmoil within that country to this policy, thereby removing the threat, CIA have many times been caught in essentially internal affairs of countries outwit USA.
This quells the masses and controls the population on the planet. However the technology is not in the fashion that they would like, At present the scanners, the Thought Foundation , are the only brains that can entrain or react in collectable way to this frequency, scanners' brain pattern reactions to this abuse is the patterns inserted into unknowing key people, to control them. I am open to adaptations on this theme, library of brain patterns for instant mind reading, etc. Many permutations on this tract can essentially be true, in the future.
Life before
With much thought on my past, several things strike strange.
- 1971 Yup, was one childhood phrase of mine, then Yuppies started in common terminology, several years later. The time delay before being picked up and broadcast was over 8 years. Or was this an insert, It seems that the system is continuously upgraded with newest technology.
- 1970s onwards indistinct low dull pain in the renal dermatome, last for 6 hours nearly exactly, then stop.
- Cousin playing 1975 approx.., sudden exclaim, "You are evil ".
- Apprehensive feelings of doom and more at night, cloud lifting in the morning
- Tinnitus, intracerebral hiss(white noise) in the still of night.
- 1979 tinnitus loud, nearly could see a beam in one corner of bed room also in the still of late night.
- Feelings and paranoid reactions during silent Tapp.
- most; seemingly within limits of normality or not serious, as unaware of this thing then..
Why Me?
It seems that I have an appearance on this radar, I have an anomaly in biological terms which they are now trying to steal into their computer, to do what they were doing to me many years ago, with greater percentage success: on any one of their choice. The older technology systems detected me and some of the others with great ease, with the progression of better technology the ability to affect me, deviate thinking or attitude increased. Until this product of SDI research made the great leap from weak and hit and miss to the state that It is now.

On biological anomaly, no genetic predisposition, the chances of so many USA citizens under this sensitivity bracket are small. The suggestion then is that other factors are relevant. USA is most technologically advanced, this is US equipment and personnel primarily.

I propose USA has been under ELF for a longer period of time than other sectors of the planet, UK was saved in world war 2 by radar against the luftwaffe, they placed great faith in it after the war.
Onset
Gradual onset and many other things, will detail more in a series that I will write, that I intend as Scenarios, possible futures as to this device, due to this device. Public knowledge of this device will chance perspectives. It may be that the CIA have decided that this knowledge would be detrimental to the well-being of their interests.
They seem first take brain patterns then they have a mind control specificity for the victim. Done on silent Tapp, at same time try to mind control a suicide, a recordable event. Then vocalize to take a more complete and unique mind pattern fingerprint and other details of this device. Now if the victim is still alive the mind and biological brain manipulation is carried towards a goal that only their years of secret experimentation can have directed them to. Normal neuro-biologist, do not have this information, nor this equipment.

Below is a copy of my letter that explains some of the technical details that must be relevant, some also are speculation of this system. written earlier on in the time scale of this victimization

I refer to a Mind Probe / Control device which exists. I have been harassed and tortured by this device which is under the control of an Organization which is "ultra Secret", for over two years now. This is only the time, that I have been aware of them, it is very possible that they have been around silent for many years prior to my being aware of them. This device is similar to a "neurophone" where resonance induces voices into the victims' brain. The transmission is via electromagnetic emissions which have properties of both microwaves and E. L.F. i.e. on multiple frequencies. The origin of this device, has been kept secret since it's discovery many years ago and I presume that much of the secret operations of the Central Intelligence Agency (USA) and of British Intelligence (MI5 & MI6) during the Cold War were due to this and to other "Beam Technology". In one article that I have found a Scientist named Allen Fray in the late 1960s discovered that one can induce via microwaves "voices in the brain". The processes are named , as Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control , the other technology is Electronic Dissolution Of Memory , RHIC & EDS. This is the technology that I am complaining about , in 1992 a device was offered for sale to the CIA, FBI, DIA, Armed Forces(U.S.), Special Operations Command as a " Mind Control System" a Lida system from the Department of Psycho-Correction at Moscow Medical Academy, Moscow, U.S.S.R. (Documented in ' The Sorcerer's Challenge' by David Shukman, BBC defense correspondent at the time.). If the Russians had developed a mind control device of this effectiveness then if a similarly powerful device should at least be in development in the West. Taking into account the West's more advanced economy and technological superiority in computing it is inconceivable that the intelligence services of the West do not have a superior version. Where is it ?. It seems to be sensitive for me. Why ? It seems that:
1) The Secret Intelligence Services are operating this system.
2) Both CIA and British Intelligence are involved , British military planes and US military planes have been spotted and photographed over flying my position.
3) The microwave emissions are from above i.e. satellite, as contact is maintained on a 24 hour basis and it does not matter as to my actions; Plane, car, walk, ship. The other factor is that infra-red LED light interference indicated that the emissions were from above.
4) Information is not what these Organizations are after, I am not privy to any secrets that any Intelligence Services would require. The only reason is to develop this device since it obviously requires a great amount of effort to mount this operation. This system does not mind read for all brain types nor does it mind control for all brain types equally. Initially the sensations appear cruder compared to now however the microwave heating is more precise as they are beaming it into my cranial cavity more often, the only purpose for this must be to destroy, alter, impair the functioning of my brain to the benefit of their computing program, i.e. to increase the entraining capability of this beam mind control weapon.
5) The system requires operators on the other side to vocalize the thought processes of the victim, my estimation is over 10 operators are required for the elucidation of the incoming thought and movement information. this does not include the technical personnel to maintain the Beams and satellite control.
6) E.L.F. waves are the medium of transmission phased so as to interfere to microwave frequencies near or at the point required, the resultant interference of thought processes on the microwaves incoming generate the signal as picked up. Acoustics is also relevant in the Neurophone to enhance or to actually create voice.
7) The electric potentials of the neurons as determined by Nernst equation and Flick's Law are what the microwaves are detecting and affecting, Whatever system that is used to detect thought patterns a computerized 3D tomographic pattern is obtained. An example is a M.R.I.. brain scan which exists in major hospitals in major cities an expensive non invasive diagnostic medical tool. The program does not require to interface with a screen and create graphics it only requires to continue running , reading the mind of the victim and inserting the patterns thought to the receiver's program to which the receiver vocalizes to be recorded.
8) No disorder organic or psychological creates voices which disturb at the point of waking to the point of sleep in a continuous fashion. Also no disorder is disjointed i.e. the thought inserted is not what the person is thinking , in addition the thoughts of the operator "slip" they know things that the victim does not know. The chants/ sayings/ the continuous communications are on the surface psychologically formulated to make the victim believe or doubt his/her sanity. the continuous communication may be inherent in the technology as it exists at present i.e. the continuous chants etc. keep the beam specifically locked on to the brain pattern chosen. If one looks at military capable GPS (Global Positioning System) at the utmost of it's accuracy then millimeter accuracy's are being achieved in geological work which can use E.L.F frequencies. Astronomy makes use of several large radio telescopes linked together to create a large functional receiver as large as the diameter of the Earth is the theoretical maximum. Several satellites linked together would have the same functional sensitivity(e.g. GPS) Radio resolution may then be smaller than 20 m squared. Satellite link and microwave or ELF frequencies may be much more accurate. The system if required for actual use in the future would be less vulnerable to lower technology sabotage if satellite was involved rendering the completed multipurpose, multi capable Mind Control System invulnerable to all nations except to US Asat missile and possibly USSR launch systems. This level of Beam technology control, maybe a prime secret objective in the initiation of the Strategic Defense Initiative (Star Wars) in 1983. Please remember that GPS cost up to 50 billion dollars US and a space shuttle is at the disposal to the US military. Is this a covert use of GPS ?.
9) This device is Ultra Secret , the level of secrecy is equivalent to Los Alamos, New Mexico and Area 51 (Dreamland) the secret group who do the Black programs of research, however the technology regarding the neural patterns and their control once refined by this process of continued experimentation over a person lifetime to gain as much, different emotion patterns, as possible (perhaps) is the key to smooth subliminal control of a person's actions, thoughts and conclusions from information presented, e.g. Sudden raising of a hand may be interpreted as to ward off attack, however subliminal insertion of another perception may lead to an interpretation of the same action as aggressive resulting in a defense response. i.e. an entirely different conclusion. With a refined mind control device the victim is not aware that he is being controlled. This leads to many possibilities as far as control of key members of the government , press, intelligence and law enforcement agency are concerned, such a group can subliminally control or direct decisions away from themselves, mind read decisions so as to have prior knowledge and thus be able to pre-empt the actions e.g. law enforcement agency, can they do this now ?. Finally they can as a last resort microwave heat to burn until the e.g. congressman votes the other way in committee. If the intelligence people deny the use of this device then a committee has voted as they wish.
10) In both and in all of the intentions of this Mind Control System I am sure that I do not wish to be a victim to be tortured by this group of sadistic lunatics, with their war psychology, Nazi Germany and the excuse of orders and psychology associated with the war crimes is the only parallel that I can draw.
11) The computer program is being crashed and the disk is losing some of the file . will be more brief much information under the title of UFO Human Abduction and Experimentation. I suggest that this is a modern day continuation, having learnt how to do this microwave mind control .
12) Multiple intercerebral programs exist in this beam that I am under, to try to affect other people adversely to me, They tend to feel as if they have a strange turn if noticeable at all. Isolation for their own ends in terms of security and to make me appear maladaptive to society. Therefore a crank etc...
13) Tracing along telephone lines in use are possible.
14) Via microwave the sequence of electropotential patterns are stored in electronic form in a supercomputer of some sort e.g. Cray supercomputer (xmp) or better. The program can then be reinserted into the victim to alter the thought pattern of the victim, therefore the victim thinks and his mind takes over that line of thought, the victim then thinking that he had thought of it himself; this is mind control, a more powerful mind control is when long sequences are accurately inserted not altering the thought train endogenous to the working of the brain. i.e.
i) When the short sequence makes the victim depressed then the victim commits suicide, the victim does not know that his mind has been controlled , the short sequence initiates the depression the sequelae is the result to the stimuli.
ii) When the long and accurate sequence is inserted the victim then is forced against his will to an act, for instance to turn a pistol around and to shoot himself, if the long sequence is good enough then the victim thinks that it is a form of irresistible impulse. To succeed in this method is as far as I am aware is beyond the means of this mind control system.
iii) If the victim is aware that he is under a mind control beam then
i) the short sequence will not be effective,
ii) the long accurate sequence will also not be effective. The classic and most ridiculed scenario is if I scream mind control and the observer does not observe me turning the pistol to shoot myself. I am aware of this mind control, I do not do it as, I think I do not wish to die. When the mind control is able to control or insert overriding my conscious will then this device is all powerful.15) A similar situation applies to Electronic Disruption , no program can be written to give the sequence instead observation of the mind or the electronic system is required via microwaves this can be refined for insertion but the program is too complex to write. e.g. a live fired missile must first be under microwave reading before that same system of electronics can be disrupted, otherwise vast and powerful electromagnetic pulses must be randomly emitted in the vicinity of the electronics to be disrupted.
16) The most powerful transmitter in the E.L.F. frequencies in the World will be H.A.A.R.P. When it is completed and subsequently the most powerful electronic disruption device, and mind manipulating device, however the military will deny it.

ii) H.I.P.A.S. Also in Gakona Fairbanks Alaska.
iii) Arecibo in Puerto Rico, near the Observatory
iv) E.I.S.C.A.T. in Tromso in Norway, run by 5 European countries.
v) TWO in the USSR a) near Moscow b) in a more southern state.They all pertain to do atmospheric research, I suggest that the weather patterns have changed , in several parts of the globe and that economic warfare has been waged on the Soviet Union I remember that winters in Scotland have not been the same since 1970s cold, 1980 mild, 1990 for the last three consecutive years there has been snow at Christmas unusual taking the 1980s into account. Not statistically outstanding similarly as with odd, unusual circumstances surrounding deaths, which are unusual but again not to stand out statistically. these deaths are normally listed as "unsuspicious circumstances" meaning that the Police are incapable; in the U.K. pitted against technology of this advanced level.( Aberdeen is in a sheltered basin fronted by the sea, keeping Aberdeen snow-free whilst the rest of the country is snowbound in some normal years.) Is this the secret electronic war/ secret war ?.
17) The Microwave beam burns , S.D.I. threw up a beam which exceeded all design expectations , is this the microwave ?it is capable of singing the hair before entering the brain during some experiments and heats up my parts of my brain, is this nm pixel resolution via satellite of a microwave beam or electron beam ?. Is it to change my brain pattern, without killing me , for a purpose of this S.D.I. researched beam weapon ?. Burn; allow the brain to cool, heal, burn, to change the brain pattern into the way that they want.- without killing . The time period for this may be years, this is one of the only reasons that I can think of.
18) Mind Probe/ Control is being developed whether this will apply pressure to stop this group from experimenting on me is the immediate problem their security rating for this system is already ultra high .

They have disrupted this computer a lot in the process of writing this letter and the disk . They are using war psychology techniques, inappropriate reactions, microwave burning and heating, heating in the gonads and internal organs, enhanced pain sensations to minor injury, people within this beam are similarly affected, certain deaths are not found for months in this area allowing the bodies to decompose, electronic disruption to my car, radio, computer, VCR, electricity supply and band of dead grass under the telephone wires. I suspect that this is very big and that at some point a group with high security rating will try to stop a real conclusion, rather than an intelligence cover-up version, some information suggests that this type of human experimentation permeates the whole fabric of CIA , Military intelligence and perhaps FBI. The spy organizations of the United Kingdom, and some organizations in the US are involved. I am not a spy, I do not have access to classified information, I am not a threat to any of these organizations, I am untrained to deal at this level of your spy operations. I do not know what you want except that the chants wish my death by my own hands rather than microwave induced death, they obviously are on me due to a characteristic of my brain or a previous sensitization, and although much effort has been spent to keep me under this beam they only seem interested in trying to denature parts of my brain and to psychologically degrade my mental esteem and physiological disruption, Whether death is the last experiment I do not know.
I have written to CIA before and nearly everyone else. They may be a part of the CIA who do this, hence no reply to my previous letters . There is too many plane flights over my position for anyone to reasonably deny that this torture beam is on me. It seems that there is one other explanation and that is to burn to steal the characteristic of my brain that they are looking for, at the possible risk to my life. Failing a satisfactory resolution I will keep on trying heighten awareness to this nasty, pathological, aspect to the UK and USA secret services and government. To alert to the fact that this cannot even be allowed for prisoners of war, much less ordinary civilians . It seems that an anomalous human characteristic, detectable by this frequency of pulsed radar is the reason why I am chosen for this mal-treatment, or a more rare anomalous human characteristic fitting my thought processes with computer program sequencing Whatever it is, several people in the US claim as I do to be under torture and brain entraining radiation, some more may not have contacted anyone, are dead or are in the initiating heavy entraining period and therefore incapacitated/disorientated. Please contact me if you know any one like such, be warned the technology is in existence, it is not outer space beings it is secret military in at least these two countries, mind experimenting for years in secret to be so advanced.

Short Genetics Observations
1) Fly in the garden in 1995 summer, had white spots, not normal, too visible, in natural selection, not survive to breed, normal mutation or this due to radiation.
2) More mosquito type flies around, noticed before, thought due to increased travel to exotic climates and return in luggage of holiday makers, unlike in Alaska, these are warmer climate insects in Europe.
3) Spider in bedroom April 1996 also white spots, mutation due to radiation for sure, need to statistically capture representative samples of insects in area to be sure.

6) Flight to Turkey in normal civilian plane, Airport Glasgow, afternoon, flight took off and proceeded over the North Sea, window seat at rear 1/3 of plane, begin to go dark outside over Holland, reflections from below, ? solar panels ?Lida caused? don't know. Just past Checkoslovakia, plane with red light follow to rear and parallel on the right. A second then took up position beside it with 3 red lights showing , after a whilst , the 1st single light did a up and over loop and sped away. the 2nd took up position at an angle further out and proceeded to follow, over Bosnia, flashes as in night-time artillery bombardment. The showing plane stopped somewhere about this region. Explanation:- A fighter plane follow over Easter Bloc airspace , a Bear or large Soviet plane intercepts this plane and the emissions that are this Lida mind control beam. The soviet orders the Fighter to return to western airspace, repeatedly. Confirmation from base complies the nervous fighter then thankful of this order does an up and over loop to enable him to high-tail it the direction that he came as the quickest way out of Eastern Bloc airspace. The Bear then follows this beam (the plane and me) till it is certain that it is leaving Soviet responsibility i.e. at approx. Bosnia and Greece, I proceed to Turkey. On return trip I did not bother with a window seat as I was not wanting to observe a shadowing plane for the duration of Eastern Bloc airspace. Other explanations may be put forward as to this sequence of events however the Military requirement to maintain this beam on me seems to have over-riding priority similarly when I approached Istanbul I considered not going as it was the entry of the USSR Black Sea fleet to the Mediterranean important strategic, I went anyway.
7) Pergammon in Turkey, An ancient ruin on rocky hilltop. On the hill, 1st notice fighter plane, US F18 roar down the valley below, at altitude below mine. Note:
In an unusual move, the Tornado GR.1s assigned to the North American detachment at CFB Goose Bay did not return to the UK for the winter period for a round of much needed TLC. Instead the aircraft were flown to MCAS Yuma to take part in a live firing exercise, after which they were ferried to Nellis AFB to await No 9 Squadron in January to take part in a Red Flag exercise.

Conclusion on Personnel
The device is not developed, a hard electronic device, capable of fulfilling objectives without recourse to all this torture, personnel waste, plane recalibration etc. is what must be the requirement.
