(CITYNAME in all caps) -- A special memorial Web site commemorating 30 years of horrific abuse of civil rights and the laws of humanity by the Central Intelligence Agency has been created by the MICOS League of Resistance. The "virtual wall" is intended to parallel the Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, D.C., the tragic and emotional wall of American names detailing those ordered to march to their death serving their country in that war. Unlike the Vietnam dead, however, those names found upon the memorial at this special Web site <http://www.nas.net/~cirrus>, were ordered into a living hell where they remain in the worst possible kind of daily torments, both psychological and physiological. Welcome to the world of the MC Survivor -- survivors of CIA mind control projects. MICOS stands for MInd COntrol Survivors.
CIA has, almost since its inception, conducted its heinous mind control experiments on unwilling citizens of the United States, and, presumably, other nations. Publicly exposed operations such as ARTICHOKE, BLUEBIRD, PANDORA, OFTEN CHIKWIT, MKDELTA, MKSEARCH and the infamous MKULTRA, and many, many more... all were spread like a cancer throughout the prominent medical schools and research institutes of our nation's colleges and institutions. CIA claims them dismantled as "unsuccessful" after a jaundice Congressional eye fell upon them in the late 1970's, but many still operate there today, and whole new operations have spun off to do similar work.
These projects have been well documented but seldom publicized by a hesitant media and Congress. It has been shown that CIA has butchered or fried minds savagely with surgery, bioimplants, chemicals, hallucinogenics and other drugs, massive electronic shock, radio and microwave bombardment. They have even delved into every dark corner of human beliefs known to man, perverting elements of modern psychology, hypnosis, and medical science with the dark and twisted methods of witchcraft, voodoo, and worse -- with the sole purpose of driving victims into various forms of insanity. Using unrelenting applications of sexual, physical, and psychological tortures of horrific proportions, they deliberately forced victims to split into multiple personalities, many of whom would be willing to do do their master's bidding in unspeakable ways... to disfigure themselves merely to demonstrate levels of control... to kidnap children or surrender their own children to similar treatment... even to kill an adult or child without hesitation or remorse. Yes, these experiments have been conducted upon children as well as adults.
And to what end? Many victims, those who were not killed in the process, were simply guinea pigs, some rendered permanent vegetables or total insanity cases permanently confined to mental institutions. But in the later years, as techniques were perfected towards operational application, mind control victims seemingly made the perfect covert tool. Ask Sirhan Sirhan or any of CIA's victims as found on the "wall", who each have their own story. Need an assassination, complete with a patsy who remembers nothing? Program one. Need a mass shooter, who also remembers nothing, to stir gun control debate? Program one. Need a spy to get the data out who is unable to betray secrets or secret players because he/she also remembers nothing? Program one. Need to stage a People's Temple mass "suicide-murder" to establish religious cults as dangerous? Program one. That is CIA's motive -- a tool which cannot be easily defeated. That not ONE such operative or experimental victim has volunteered... that none of Jim Jones and other cultmembers understood why they died... that treasonous assassinations of American power figures has denied our would-be national destiny... all this matters little to an agency with its own dark political agenda and which answers to no one.

The average reader of this material will be offended and incredulous. So be it. CIA has carefully woven many lies and covers of plausible deniability, and even created whole proprietary operations designed to convince the public and the scientific, medical, and legal industries and governmental bodies that it is not so. But the public owes it to themselves to do the research the topic before discounting these brave and oppressed spirits as the mere "kooks" the intelligence apparat would have us believe. Many MC survivors are indeed mental basket cases, but they come by it against their will. Their mental state is not their guilt nor their shame, nor is it their flag of discredit or the mark of a defective. Indeed, it is the opposite. Let the public decide if this is not so.
