Raven's Media Awareness Campaign

Raven1 (eleanor@raven1.net) asks other victims to join a media awareness campaign:

It's no secret that progress in combatting mind control weapons abuse is moving very slowly.

It should also be no secret that part of the reason for this is that victims give up and cocoon themselves, due to the number of people telling them they are insane.

That is a powerful motivation to remain secretive, but it won't solve this problem.

Victims should consider this: In spite of government secrecy, the knowledge about how these weapons work (ELF-microwave mixes, and microwave sent in tiny slivers) is oozing out. (trouble is, "oozing" isn't fast enough.)

But victim, please "step back" for a moment and view/re-view these three web sites:

Can't you see that over the past couple of years, all the backup information a professional investigator like a news reporter would need is now available there?

This is radically different from the situation before there was a Mind Control Forum or a MindNet!

A victim can now confidently invite any reporter to view the material. No longer are victims on their own!

With this in mind, I decided to see how many media e-mail addresses were available on the web. The answer, several thousand. I've only started inviting them to do some research, and as of the end of October 1996 have sent just under 500 invitations.

I urge other victims to join me.

Some excellent media lists are available on the web, and many have a click-to-email feature:

Welcome to Radio-Locator, the most comprehensive radio station search engine on the internet. We have links to over 10,000 radio station web pages and over 2500 audio streams from radio stations in the U.S. and around the world.

NewsLink Associates (info@newslink.org) is an academic and professional research and consulting firm studying electronic publishing and visual journalism. Its research report, Tomorrow's News Today, is a critically acclaimed, definitive and affordable resource for all potential on-line publishers.

     Managing Partner Eric K. Meyer (meyer@newslink.org) is a journalism professor at the University of Illinois and a research scientist at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, birthplace of graphical web browsing. He also serves as a consultant to media organizations moving online. Consulting rates available on request.

     For 17 years Meyer worked at The Milwaukee Journal, reporting on and supervising newsroom use of technology while also working as a news, photo and graphics editor.

In my several hundred tries so far, I have only had one response calling me crazy. There have been 20 or so reponses telling me to take them off the mailing list. Those 20 hurt somewhat, because we know how serious this matter is, but still, most messages don't bring negative replies. To counter the "mailing list" problem, I put the phrase "not a mailing list" right at the end of the subject line.

The following e-note illustrates my approach - undoubtedly other victims will have their own unique ways:

===================================

NEWS SCOOP OF THE CENTURY -
NOT A HOAX, NOT A MAILING LIST

To the news staff: Would you like to learn about the most important news story of the 20th century? (Maybe the 21st century too.)

This sounds a bit hoaxy, but I assure you from first hand experience that the matter is deadly serious. For information, please visit these two web sites:

http://www.netaccess.on.ca/~raven1
http://members.gnn.com/fivestring

I will be glad to communicate off the Internet under my real name and address. It is the serious nature of the situation which makes using a handle on the Internet wise.

Incidentally, I am sending this note manually, one address at a time. Please be assured you are NOT on a mailing list; I am an individual and I do not maintain any lists.

Thanks for taking time to read this.

===================================

In closing, with our knowledge of how to build the basic "voices" weapon now published, and the large amount of backup material in the Mind Control Forum and MindNet, now is the time to push for that final successful end to this terrible plague.

The best part is that a media campaign does not require lawyer's fees and gets someone else to spend a little on research, for a change.

Do join in!
