Update 1-5-99

Story

I'll start at 21 years old. I moved into a dorm room with a stranger and he was poisoning me with psychiatric drugs. I spiraled out of excellent self control over the next two years, though I still partied with my friends and could notice stalkers and people moving in near my house on campus. Then I walked into the WV U medical center at my friend's suggestion who was in med school. They wouldn't see me when he was there. I came back three weeks later. And they did nothing but hold me there for 12 hours until my parents and brother drove 140 miles to come and get me. They tried to give me food but I wouldn't eat any. So I talked my way out of this one and was on my way home again. However, my mother would not drop the "he's ill" line the psychiatrists had given her. I had been talking only of strange goings on, and had never been disproved. My dad went along with my mother, which I couldn't believe, because I thought I could rely on him to do nothing when in doubt. In retrospect, the psychomafia had knocked him out, and probably sabotaged emotional centers in his brain, which is almost standard procedure. He was definitely mentally sluggish for 10 years; during this time I was in and out of the 'mental' brigs for 6 years. The latest technological nightmare is Sharpe Hospital in Weston, West Virginia, the floor under the concrete walls, ceilings, and fire sprinkler system are wired to the hilt with brain wave emulators/generators, reflectors and microchips everywhere, they billed 50 million dollars for a building that looks to be only a 10 million dollar deal. Johnson Electrics was one of the contractors, I think, now I believe it is called Johnson Controls. There is a good chance that there is a secret entrance to underneath the building, way out in the woods on the left side as you face the building. I caught a good dose of the worst, double dosed with everything, beamed and irradiated. Really, my memory, vision, composure and fitness, deteriorated from 20 to 25, but from 25 to 30, it came back with a vengeance. Though the final conflict would have been, their thugs get me, then arrest me, then I disappear, never happened.

Well, of course the system is a mess, such a renegade CIA with local law enforcement preserving the disorder by enforcing only the superficial order. Also I agree with Raven, the psychomafia and their weapons are diffusing into corporate and local law arenas. Actually, I think also that the FBI finally cracked down on Columbia Health Care, that was big in Texas and West Virginia, and it was on the news though very scantily, that they had over billed and double billed medicare and medicade at least 60 million dollars, probably 300 million, and that they had sent out abductors. Also, the CIA has had six directors in the last two years, which was probably meant to curtail many of their guerilla activities. I think this was at the behest of Ross Perot, though I'm not sure, I mailed a letter meant to reach him. Anyway, I thought he did an excellent job in politics, even though he didn't get elected.

I could write a book about these developements, and can name several of the major tricks and weapons that I haven't seen mentioned on the psywar boards.

I have to say that these bullitin boards, the internet, AOL, and even the chatrooms, are so nice to participate in for the weary lone warrior.

The lone victim or warrior can at times feel overwhelmed passing by so many paid authorities, up to no good all around him. But I must caution against believing that the perpetrators are so omnipotent. I have seen them pull off incredible stunts myself, however, they seem to be serving another master, and they are very out of control now, they can be spotted and pushed back in their places. I don't attribute every dominating move they make to their own abilities.

Here is a short list of their weapons:

1. Hollow lead rods with highly radioactive substance in one end, if they get you down they can hold these or several of these by your head, and burn parts of your brain, also watch out for your pets, since they can be lured into trust with food.
    
2. Many different types of plug into the wall radiation equipment, the short rangers might just reach across a lawn or through a wall, and they might look like a floor heater, or light, almost like a lawn light, remember, microwaves can be piped for long distances too.
    
3. A big long range plug in radiation beamer will probably be in the perpetrators' attick or even burried in the basement with a basement wall exposed, maximum range 200 yards.
    
4. If they're picking individual targets within the house, look for the telltale optical quality windows, it's easy to spot them as you walk or drive by, they're really just very clean, top of the line single pane windows, I believe.
    
5. Metal shutters or aluminum siding do actually help block many different kinds of beams, though it's not really an adequate defense, the position of you relative to large metal appliances, and relative to bee lines to your neigbors houses, combined with your sense of well-being can give you uncanny clues, when beams come in low frequency bursts, just throwing down a big extension cord on the floor in a big tangle and connecting it to itself, can help cancel out electric fields in your proximity.
    
6. If you think poisons are entering your car, try pouring water into the air intake in front of the windshield before you drive, Ithink they actually grind up lithium and who knows what else, then there's radioactives, and the frequent smell of peanuts in your car indicates the biological weapon anthrax, then there's pinworm embryos, and also blowfish spine juice concentrate painted on your steering wheel and doorknobs in a clear acrylic paint, also radioactive substance painted over the head area of your car, can just be wiped off.
    
7. Without jumping to large scale military weapons, I would urge a second look at the fuel cells, which are quite like batteries, but poduce huge amounts of electricity, which can up the power of electric weopons tremendously. I've read articles that Daimler Benz, owner of Mercedes Benz, might be researching and producing the fuel cells, they are pretty expensive now, but the price might drop fast, they also need lots of maintenance, but they would pack a big punch, they've actually been available for maybe ten years, but at that time I think they cost like 100,000 dollars each, now that price is down to 10,000 for one that will quadruple the beaming power of an entirely dark house, and triple it's range, remember if the house is dark and the air conditioner is off, and everything looks off, the wheel on the electric meter should take more than 10 seconds to go around, definately it should take at least 6 seconds allowing for a couple lights, and clocks. If a dark house spins every 3 seconds, you have problems.

1-5-99

1. My local Johnson Controls depot, is on Clendenin Road, southeast-beside the Interstate 64 bridge across the Kanawha River in Nitro, WV. They run white unmarked utility looking vehicles out to service their psychotronics houses.
2. I think it is the hard shells of the pinworm embryoes that are causing the strange rashes. They often sprinkle the embryoes on lawn furniture and they rub deep into the skin, because they have barbs on their shell, like a hookworm embryo, where they release the worms into the bloodstream.
3. They must raise the blowfish in shrimp farms on a carribean like coast of Florida, (however I have heard that they purify the venom in an industrial lab in the bay area [also, satellite aiming research is often done at Stanford U]).
