I would more than appreciate it if FBI William Webster was relieved of his job.

I have been in a time of crisis since 4 Jan. 1978 under persecution of nuclear alienation or radio cybernetic cyborgation alienation testing and disposal, against my own will, consent, life and physical safety, and right to protect myself, myself a private citizen enslaved and imprisoned from my due course of human life, forced into operational use for organized crime and racketeering law enforcement purposes, myself not related to organized crime in any way ever, used as a nuclear alienation zombie, video radio of my silent thoughts spy, and a murder hit spur, framed up to be killed by the mafia for a mafia war to attract and expose organized crime hit men in the act and in conspiracy to murder me for Covert Operation Exposure in the United States. I was unwittingly controlled before 4 Jan. 1978.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Central Intelligence Agency, are concealing from the United States Government the fact of myself being a nuclear alienation zombie, and video of my silent thoughts spy, and any knowing activity in support of my situation.

Since 4 Jan. 1978 I have been subject to neurological stress systems programs at biofeedback control by CIA physiologists of my emotions, feelings, and nervous condition, throughout my human body, controlling me the way they want for the desired affect, and I have been receiving and transmitting radio conversation communication of my silent thoughts, the CIA physiologists part of non-stop and non-stop talkage, recording, and assessment (in coordination with remote video of my silent thoughts and neurological stress systems programs), of aberration, dehumanization, brainwashing, an attempted wash-up, all while not sleeping of endless manipulation, extreme mental and physical cruelty, and a suicidal malicious maltreatment.

The situation has prevented me of flourishment of life, myself just existing under nuclear alienation disposal, emotional independence, no married life, no love life, deprived of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, of unhealthiness, since 4 Jan. 1978.

I can hear the noise level of the nuclear alienation vibrating through my head and it sounds like a furnace flame. I can feel the nuclear alienation vibrating throughout my human body.

I am prevented of applying myself under nuclear alienation and need Emergency Services. I need to be monitored by Health Endangerment Radiation Monitoring Systems or other means to get me releived of nuclear alienation.

My situation is a fraud case and the FBI will do nothing for me because it would only lead to exposure of Watergate Criminal Activity upon me by the FBI. In September or October 1977 a girlfriend of mine said, "Your name came up on a roster", "Another Watergate", "I can't wait to get his military records", "I still say you have something big going on", "Just something big", referring to the FBI. Everytime we passed the FBI Field Office in Campbell, California she said, "There's the FBI Building", time after time. She said out of the blue one day, "I have two FBI friends". I was unaware of my relation to the FBI in any way. The same girl said, "If my mother knew I was seeing you she would throw a folder out in front of me of everything about you". She also referred to her mother as people with money can get away with anything.

The CIA physiologists have been making a rag out of me since 4 Jan. 1978 being assaulted, battered, terrorized, and tortured, and made a physical vegetable to my normal physical fitness.

I am a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with an honorable discharge, spending less that two years active duty within the United States joining in time of the Vietnam War.

I would more than appreciate your help to lead to my release of nuclear alienation. Sincerely Yours,
